On this date, 5 years ago, Sandeep and Battage(Harde Baas) performed together at Hartslag, Simplon. They played a tremendous set together, and till now this set hasn't been shared online. Thanks to Battage, we have the privilege to share this set with you 'all of a sudden', or as we call it: Plotsklaps.
On the 23th of December we have the honour to welcome these heroes back at Plotsklaps in Winter Wonderland. Here, they will spin on the same stage again, together with our own Plotsklaps resident Werkhoven.

The Berliner-by-choice and Criminal Bassline member gives us a cracking debut with his EP called August Morning, which contains 2 originals and two remixes. Without a doubt, the talented producer should not be left out of sight, confirmed by his release on Heinz Musik. With the remixers Fabian Vieregge and the Outta Limits figurehead Matan Caspi we come to an unanimous conclusion.

August Morning offers a groovy, slightly melodic basis to want more afterwards. Rolling basses from all directions, aligned to let it drift. Right on the point, a pleasant tune.

Einen krachenden Einstand beschert uns der Wahlberliner sowie Criminal Bassline Member mit seiner EP namens August Morning, welche 2 Originale und zwei Remixe beherbergt. Ohne Zweifel gehört der talentierte Producer nicht mehr aus den Augen gelassen, bestätigt durch sein Release auf Heinz Musik. August Morning bietet eine groovig, leicht melodiöse Grundlage um danach gleich mehr zu wollen. Rollende Bässe aus allen Richtungen, ausgerichtet um es treiben zu lassen. Auf den Punkt genau getroffen, ein wohltuender tune.

French minimal producer Le Son Du Placard is an eternal experimenter. His Ooh Tshhh EP with LA-based label Shadow Wulf Records features two original tracks that delve into his creativity and experimentation with captivating results. 

For the title track, “Ooh Tshhh”, he explores the characteristic percussive sounds of dark minimal, using his own voice as a percussive instrument. His penchant for old school elements drives the creative flow, with an acid bass recorded from the legendary prophet 6 synth. His signature sounds surround the track’s core idea, with ample tension and dark groove maintained throughout.

The second track “Keep Quiet” uses his voice again as a vocal lead and a percussive. The bell in the rhythm is a signature of the track and brings a lighter, happier element to the dark groove, alongside his signature haunting strange synth melodies. An expansive pad wraps around and the noisy synth arpeggios drive the evolution of the track with support from the higher register sounds.

Ooh Tshhh EP marks Le Son Du Placard’s second release with Shadow Wulf Records, and his first EP with the label. 

The EP also features five remixes from Ian Cris [FR], Kleiman [MEX], APHE [GER], R.P.M [FR], and Shadow Wulf label boss Drew Blyther [USA].
