Luciano has arranged a special series of four releases as part of the celebrations for the fifteen years anniversary of his own Cadenza Records, launching the first one to begin the festivities. Each episode is coming out in a different season of the year; the first one, with the catalogue number 118, is the chapter dedicated to the summertime and contains 5 enchanting tracks with an exquisite sound. This series is just one of the astonishing surprises that Luciano has set aside for the birthday of his beloved label.
The show begins with “The Amazing Lilou”, a crispy ariose tune with elaborated percussions and calypso-flavored synthesizers. “Hiding Hearts” is a latin prelude with pleasant guitars and restful melodies, flowing with joy and peace. “Nabusima” is another Caraibic spell, with noteworthy carefully mixed drums and elevating harmonies. “Magik Mechanics” explores complex broken beats and electronic textures, drawing a colored narration in between a fairy tale and a sci-fi movie. Finally, “Tirana del Oriente”, as disclosed by the title, is a trip into the Oriental ardent magic. A collection of five long summery compositions to accompany our hot pleasing days from the dawn till the dusk, holding our hands during a never ending daydream.

I’ve been testing this track out on the road for the better part of 12 months, tweaking the moments until I felt it had just the right amount of dance floor appeal. It’s been so exciting to watch people connect with it right in front of me. I wrote the hook after wrapping up a club show at Audio in San Francisco back in June 2018. The crowd was really gravitating towards sustained, rolling grooves that night, so when I got back to the hotel I really felt the need to make one that was just for them. The speech in the breakdown is a sample of a local San Franciscan dance legend who I’ve respected for a long time, and I felt it was just too perfect to let the track out into the world without it.

Clubsonica Records begins 2021 by welcoming Antrim back to the label for a new single. The Cordoba resident and Or Two Strangers boss continues to be a favourite of progressive music tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while laying claim to releases on Sudbeat Music and Hope Recordings. A prolific 2020 saw Antrim collaborate with fellow progressive music stars Interaxxis and Alex O'Rion, for releases on Cid Inc's Replug Records and Roger Martinez's Higher States, along with a solo outing for Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank Records and his chart topping Or Two Strangers vehicle 'Black Night'. Now starting the new year in style, Antrim returns to Clubsonica with 'Hoffnung', alongside remixes from Shai T and Rauschhaus.

Although best known for his progressive minded productions, Antrim often finds himself in the creative space between organic and progressive house. Such is the case with 'Hoffnung' which plays out over seven enchanting minutes. A narrative of warm swells and choir-like pads layer voluptuous bass lines and organic drums. Acting as a thematic core, the centrepiece showcases fluttery synth concepts; charming in design while moving fluidly across a radiant underbelly, as wispy effects and a rush of drums smoothly segues into a heavenly finale.

The first interpretation of 'Hoffnung' is provided by Shai T who makes his label debut. The Israeli artist has been riding a wave of success through the landscape of organic house. From his Tel Aviv studio, Shai's exquisite musical creations have found a home on the genre's most esteemed imprints, such as All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Do Not Sit On The Furniture, Lost Miracle and TRYBESof. Now as a regular in the Organic House Beatport Top 10, Shai makes his much anticipated Clubsonica debut with a gorgeous take on 'Hoffnung'. Always a creative remixer, the Israeli artist expands on the emotive qualities of the original with a truly breathtaking production. Full, warm and undeniably organic; it's buoyant low end, airy vocal phrasing and exotic percussion work in perfect sonic unison. An expansive centrepiece is highlighted by aquatic cascades and soaring strings, tastefully elevating mood with their elegant musicality, as the groove drops for a blissful final movement.

Morttagua brings his first single of the year with the deep and mellow “Pallas”. 

Pallas is a track with long history on the making as Morttagua produced the first version of the track in early 2016.  Initially the track wasn’t planned to be released, but Morttagua showed it to the legendary Luciano, when both were sharing a studio session in Switzerland in 2018, and it immediately got an amazing response from him. When getting this important feedback from Luciano Morttagua finally decided to release the track and was just waiting for the right moment.  

Now with the Organic House genre making big waves on the scene,  Morttagua found it a perfect time to release the track. 

Pallas is a very melodic peace of art with harmonic pianos, strings and guitar melodies surrounding a soft ethereal vocal. On top of the very emotional feel of the track, Morttagua adds a very unique percussion work to make PALLAS literally go through our six senses.

On the Remix duties for PALLAS we bring legendary Nick Warren teaming up with Argentinian rising star Nicolas Rada. 

Nick and Rada change the original into a more hypnotic dance floor weapon, with that special “Soundgarden” trademark sound that is capturing the imagination of many fans around the world. 
With an astonishing drum work and mix design, this Remix takes us into an atmospheric journey through lush pads and introspective melodies, giving us the perfect combination of harmony and groove for our soul and body. Simply timeless!

D-Nox & Beckers return home to the ever reliable Sprout imprint, with a fine gem entitled 'Reception'.

The boys have soldiered through this turbulent year, as individuals, as a duo and also under various other collaborations, while always keeping the music flowing, and looking forward to better days that will return to us, hopefully sooner rather than later.

The track itself is a melodic monster, dramatic and energetic, yet sophisticated and oozing of quality (of course). Hypnotic and vaguely familiar, yet fresh and ready for 2021, Reception is ready when you are.

A whole host of remixes are delivered, and first up step Hasith, who deliver a mesmerising re-tweak, quite true to the original, but with a chunkier kick and a dramatic flavour.

Pedro Skull picks up the pace and utilises the key changes throughout, and adds additional energy. Solid.

We go deeper and and strip things back for Saska's remix, addin g an ethereal vibe.

Toby Emerson rounds off the package with a light airy approach, that also brings in some dirt.
