A year of discoveries. Thinking back through the last year, there has been a plethora of fantastic labels, and artists that have passed under the Sundays banner. This Sunday and month in general also marks the second year of monthly playlists, and guest mixes. The latter of which is our focus for today as we welcome an incredible producer, Inhmost. From beat to beat-less, his refined approach to crafting ambient mixes provides listeners with auditory tales that flow so well, all while working in a variety of moods and feelings. Lingering fingerprints of a time bygone, hints of a scent once always, a photograph. The dust settles, dancing in the the last rays of sunlight. These days were felt and the smiles and tears we shed are now or the past. The letters we wrote remain, the pictures fade as the world beyond the lens morphs into its ever changing continuum, leaving us with just our creation; a memory away.
This album is an expression of nostalgia, capturing the bittersweet evocation of reading letters from the past, seeing the photographs, the wrenching effect of smelling the familiar scents of a time long passed and realizing that the world is always changing, and so are you.
Created with many recordings of nature, instruments, non-instruments and processed using a wide variety of techniques including tape, granular synthesis and analog synthesis, Dynastor explores the storytelling quality of music, creating evocations of places, people, memories and their passing.

This is the 116th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics. These monthly released sessions brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer. This month  Synthbiont is back with a brand new set  called: Dream or Perception?

This set was recorded live during an ambient sleeping night in a church reconverted into an art atelier in the countryside nearby Groningen. Ethereal and atmospheric sounds, deep dark drones, organic field recordings, and processed samples from the iconic movie Waking Life compose this music trip dedicated to the experience of dreaming. The idea behind the mix was to recreate a oneiric soundscape in which the listener can reflect and explore the conscious/unconscious state of mind, guiding her/him through an emotional and suggestive sonic journey. Music from @abul-mogard, Simone Giud, @simonegatto_qui_ed_ora, @astralindustries, @cryochamberlabel, Silentes/13, and many others.

Synthbiont is Nicoló Faggiani (@__vinylkite__), an Italian DJ and vinyl lover with a deep passion for ambient music living in Groningen, the Netherlands. Together with @tommasogobbo, he founded the ambient project @synthbiont_anassimandrus in early 2019, releasing music for renowned ambient labels and podcast series such as Secuencias Temporales, Deep Electronics, Silent Season, and many others.
