Hip founded BABE (Bad Ass Bitches Elevating): a femme and gender-expansive DJ collective in 2022 and has had a continuously positive impact on Austin’s DJ community. In her efforts to work towards a more equitable electronic music industry, she and the BABE team founded Babestock Music Festival: America’s first electronic music festival showcasing exclusively femme and gender-expansive artists and BABE Records: an electronic music label devoted to showcasing femme and gender-expansive talent.

Cortado is a DJ and Producer who weaves together Afro & Melodic house with Indie Dance, infused with subtle Middle Eastern textures. His sound is rooted in a lifelong passion for music that began at age 10, when he bought his first record. That moment sparked a journey through guitar-driven genres like Indie, Blues and Funk, leading to two decades of musical exploration. His evolution into House music brings a genre-bending sound that bridges cultures and styles.

Now based in Austin, Cortado is known for his warm, percussive, and harmony-rich sets - built for intimate lounges and underground clubs where the crowd craves depth, groove, and connection.
