Hybrasil returns to Rekids Special Projects with ‘Greystone EP’ this June. 

Following a host of heavy-hitting EPs across both Rekids and Rekids Special Projects since 2018, Irish-born, Berlin-based Hybrasil returns to Radio Slave’s techno-focused label with ‘Greystone EP’, a fresh four tracker of hard-hitting Techno cuts, all impressively recorded live. 

Leading the release is the title track ‘Greystone’, which combines grooving drums with hypnotic, flowing synth work for a sharp opening cut before ‘Cernunnos’ brings bouncy stabs and sizzling hats together to follow. ‘Konkrete’ sees trippy leads and stomping kicks blend together to form a heavy jam, leading into the closing cut ‘Eriu’, which combines spacey atmospheres and warehouse sensibilities to round out another killer set of tracks from Hybrasil. 
"Greystone EP is a live concept release. All tracks were recorded live, produced and mixed at HBL Studios. Sonically it's very much part of a feedback loop between my live shows and studio work." - Hybrasil.

Radial is the main pseudonym of Jeroen Liebregts from The Netherlands. Jeroen has been dj'ing since around '98 and picked up music production soon after. Since 2002 Jeroen teamed up with Bas Mooy and started the label Audio Assault as a platform for their own work and that of artists whose work they admire. About a year later sublabel Arms was born. About a year later sublabel Arms was born. In 2014 his own brand new imprint Radial Records sees the light of day with the release of Crux, the second full length Radial album.
Always driven to dive deeper Jeroen started a 4-year studies of Sonology at the Conservatory in The Hague, which he finished in 2006. This study deals with electronic music composition, computer programming, analog synthesis and electronic instrument design among other things. This is probably what kickstarted his interest to use self designed instruments in his music. The constant quest for new technological approaches is an imported factor that helped shape his sound. His current tendency toward analog hardware based methods also resulted in his involvement in the design and development of the Synton Fenix modular synthesizer.
Over the years the music of Jeroen Liebregts has found it's way to many places using different aliases(Radial, Museum, Finder, Sinecure). There have been releases of original tracks and remixes on labels such as Token Records, Perc Trax, Mote-Evolver, Numb, Drumcode, Planet Rhythm, Dole-Gate and most recently Mord Records and MDR. He will be an upcoming vinyl release on Methodical, along with MTD.

Throughout the last couple of years, Medellín, Colombia's second largest city, has slowly been emerging a unique handful of producers shaped by the city's mystic mountains. Born and raised in the middle of one of the world's most renowned hostile environments, these sonic hustlers have found the perfect ingredients to cook some of the most solid and intriguing electronic music in the current South American landscape.

This can clearly be proved in Medellín Rave Society, the fourth assault from Colombian label Insurgentes. On its first VA EP, Verraco and Defuse gathers some of the city's most defiant artists, for an open techno letter directly delivered from the Aburrá Valley. A-side is pure sci-fi from the mountain, with local heavyweight Merino's "Ode To You" leading you deep in a forest where hissing hi-hats, broken beats and warmful chords give life to a vivid soundscape; while Black Propaganda's "I'm My Biggest Enemy" doesn't hesitate in creating a feeling of altered consciousness, where modular electric shocks throw yourself in an inner machine state of mind. 

On the other hand, B-side offers straight redemption. The Baker's aka Astronomical Telegram "Of Gold And Bitter Bread" brings back the serenity, with sharp textures that slowly rebuild the lost spirit, allowing label head Verraco to open the celestial gate with "Entry Of The Gods Into Aburrá", a raw IDM breakbeat piece that heals the wounds of a beaten city and marks the beginning of a new chapter in colombian electronic music scene.

Medellín sonic insurgency at it's best.

kirilik is back with another load of modular emissions, this time pressed into an EP bursting with ideas, sounding as fresh and playful as ever.

Whether it‘s the full-on assault of relentless opener Quad, seemingly designed soley to make you go bonkers, or a more nuanced arrangement like Reversible that balances high-paced percussion with booming bass of the subbiest kind in order to create an usual yet irresistible dubbed-out groove.

The flip generously gives a chance to catch some breath, floating gracefully shrouded in ethereal choirs atop the cosmic nebulae. Kirilik then goes out with a bang, the vivid colours of Distant Call zooming by in an instant. It‘s an elated headrush of the most gratifying kind, rounding out an EP showing once again Strahil Velchev‘s aka KiNK unique potential as a producer.
