Peering across the bay from Spivey Point, I observed a strange mist forming along the coastline, creeping onto the main road toward town. In fleeting intervals, shadowy silhouettes of vaguely human form appeared & vanished amid the swirling tendrils of phantom vapour, which had now condensed into thick fog.
