Pihka Is My Name are a Finland-based duo who combine analogue synthesizers, hypnotic piano patterns and cinematic orchestrations. Band members are composer-pianist Henna Helasvuo and producer-sound designer Lasse Turunen.

The band is fronted by animation character called Pihka, an imaginary friend who is not needed anymore. She finds herself forgotten in a snow covered forest, sets off on an adventure and sees all the busy humans with their problems, the most pressing of which is the Climate Emergency.

Pihka Is My Name self-released their debut album ‘Everything Is In Between’ to very positive reviews in March 2021. It was followed up ‘Dance Forbidden EP’, released via Taiwan-based Mettāsonic label in January 2022.

With his smooth but complex Indie-Pop, filt from Regensburg in Germany tries to lull his audience into a world wrapped in cotton wool. The artist behind this one-man-project is the pilot Philipp Siegert, who always finds the perfect combination of electronic, hypnotic melodies and summerly vibes without losing his weirdo mentality. filt composes and produces his music in a small home studio in Regensburg. Influenced by indie, electro and pop he combines analog with digital sounds, which brings new and old together.
