Coptic Orthodox Christian youth from around the country have collaborated to put together this collection of psalms in the format that they were meant to be prayed – as songs. We hope that you find a psalm for every season of your life – for times of hope and encouragement, times of despair and crying out to God, times of joy, and times of praise.

We pray that God may bless everyone who contributed and that His beautiful words may soften our hearts towards His immeasurable love for us. Look forward to more psalms being added in the future. Daniel Girgis, ordained SDn. Augustine in the Coptic Orthodox Church, has received his Master of Arts in Theology degree from St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary in 2021. He has also received his PharmD degree from the SUNY University at Buffalo in 2019. His research focuses on preserving Coptic tradition through the combination and reconciliation of both the oral transmission of Coptic chant and the analysis of liturgical manuscripts; using these two factors to identify and restore authentic and proper ritual practice in the Coptic Rite.
