Another Argentinian banger import comes with number 72 on JEAHMON! Records. A warm welcome to Matias Luciano Guevara alias Gueva who gives his artist debut on our imprint with this 5-tracker release – 3 Originals plus 2 remixes. 

Since we realized "Your Secret is Safe With Me", we trusted Gueva from the very first beat. This stomping offbeat opener with its powerful snare alongside the arp and very impressive industrial effects got us from the very first moment. Making an almost invisible transition to the second track "Baile" - a melodic vocoder killer for the floor – we come along to "Des Apego". A hymn with a big character, a huge impact. 

This earworm also infected label boss Marc DePulse and inspired him to produce two versions of his remix. In a special way two typical DePulse interpretations: One for the club, another one for the chill. All in all we got five times magical vibes. Choose your favourite fish food and hand out the treats! "I'm Not Crazy" is loosely based on the hit Netflix TV show "Heartstopper", specifically aiming to portray Charlie's point of view. The song is bright and upbeat, and uses a pulsing baseline and synths to tell the story of a boy crushing on a boy, without knowing if they share the same sexuality. The song stays lighthearted until the end, where you get a bigger dive into what your mind goes through when you're constantly falling for straight men.

FINAL DJS is finally here! After making a ‘Wild’ accomplishment with 2.7 million streams, the DJ is back to make ‘Everyone’ ‘Feel The Heat’. For his latest release, he brings us ‘Something Special’ with an upbeat house tune. 

The single is called ‘Playing Games’ and the intro hooks you right away! At the core of it is a clever use of synth pads, which relies heavily on funky claps. Percussions can be heard and
the organs create a retro ambience, like roller skating in the 80s. It’s simple yet groovy, and the influence of nu-disco makes it a perfect vaporwave vibe!

FINAL DJS - Playing Games

RNT welcomes Brooklyn-based band 79.5 to the family with the first single from their forthcoming eponymous LP. Soulful and psychedelic, the haunting melodies of Club Level float above a steady strutting rhythm section, punctuated by moaning baritone saxophone and drenched in washy reverb.

NYC mainstay Eli Escobar crafts a masterful remix that leans into 80s nostalgia, with a soundscape and arrangement nothing short of perfection.

As a kid of the 80s, Kay-Chi started an early musical journey influenced by John Carpenter’s Escape From New York. Years later, precisely this movie was the inspiration for the songs compiled on the „Brighter Shadows“ EP. While watching it again in his studio, he played along on his synthesizers and wrote new music, his very own music, for it. This has been an unfulfilled wish since his childhood that now came true with this great release.

Germany-based Sebastian Stuetz is the brain and mind behind the well-known music-project “Final DJs”. Besides producing and DJ’ing, he is also into blogging at Nu Disco Your Disco , a prominent base for Nu-Disco around the web.

After experimenting with different kinds of electronic music, Daft Punk’s album „Homework“, gained his attention thanks to its sampled and retro-influenced house-music. While playing French-house, disco-house or synthwave for a few years as a DJ, the enthusiastic virtuoso followed up by creating his own music-project.

“Final DJs” was born back in 2010 and soon after, several remixes for labels like Kiez Beats, Universal Music or Pyramid (Kitsuné).
In 2013 the single “One Day In The Sun” (Kiez Beats) which featured popular house-music vocalist Stee Downes went on to be played at Abercrombie & Fitch-stores worldwide while it made its way into the Beatport Nu-Disco charts thanks also to remixes by Teenage Mutants and Vintage Culture to stay there for quite some time.

The next releases were a mixture of house and nudisco while supported by the likes of Thump.com, Goldroom, Satin Jackets, Earmilk, EDM.com or trndmusik.de to name a few! Beside all of the releases mentioned above, Final DJs produced official remixes for globally-known acts & artists like Goldroom, Marcus Layton, Miss Kittin, Elton John or The Knocks.

Clubs like Kiki Ortaköy (Istanbul/Turkey), MyyyBitch Club (Vienna/Austria), Singerhaus(Basel/Switzerland), Wanderlust (Paris/France) played hosts to the energizing sound of Final DJs.

Also Sebastian crafted dj mixes for well known music blogs and radio stations like Data Transmission (UK), Deep House Radio Moscow or Acid Stag (Australia). All of the mixes have a total reach of over 300.000 plays worldwide.

Basti´s collaboration with Amsterdam Label SOAVE got him attention to a younger audience on Spotify where he already got a solid fanbase with over a million streams.

His music is colorful, funky, discoid with warm chords, guitar vibes and grooves. 80s influenced but fresh at the same time. Combines the best of both worlds – groovy retro vibes with a kiss of the future.

Before the pandemic FINAL DJS started to run his own Nudisco/House event in Stuttgart called "All U Can Dance" in the club MOS EISLEY where he fastly gained a big fanbase with monthly parties.

At the moment hes working on several music projects on different labels and is looking forward to bring back "All U Can Dance" in 2022 somehow.
