"Rough Boy" is a pure hommage to the 80s and synthwave. It contains dna of nudisco also. With its atmospheric chords and spacy vibes you will find yourself back in time, drinking an cocktail while watching the stars in a bar in the year 1984.

This sound is the origin of my music career and so it was no matter of time when i going back to my basics. It is a gift to all the supporters out there also.

Terror Squad (Bro Safari & Ricky Remedy Remix)

Berlin based duo Hotlane's crystal clear, slow-melancholic electronic indie-pophouse has many fans. After the two singles they released over the last two years on Gomma they now come with a full EP and this new wonderful single: 'My Favourite Habit' - A slow, sweet ballad. Written in the greyness of Berlin winters - the town where the Swedish actress and singer and German DJ/ producer live, work and founded Hotlane. Both are part of the vibrant alternative party and fashion scene of Berlin. Agnes Lindström works as a model, actress, singer and DJ and Jack Tennis is one of the main DJs at Berlin underground happenings, art events and off spaces like Kingsize or the new Konzulat club. The new single comes with remixes by three of - as we think - the most interesting producers of the moment: Berlin House genius Nils Penner delivers an almost folky, very soulful, version. Pablo Nouvelle, who currently gets a lot of buzz on the internet transformed the original into a space-electro trip and Pixelated's remix is a straight forward house interpretation that might find a lot of fans.

Hotlane - My Favourite Habit (Pixelated Remix)

Of the EP's six tracks, we've got the premieres of the titular "Hypnotease," a slower-grooved, emo-house tune with Destable's vocals atop that threatens to devolve into sunrise-levels of feels until an acid house beat kicks at three minutes and it becomes a much funkier affair. It's a unique confluence of styles that is only highlighted as the refrain of "You put a spell on me" is re-appropriated in the bossier, club-friendly second half.

O Brasil é o país do futebol, do carnaval e da feijoada, mas também é o pais do groove. Essa é a proposta que o Arcade Fighters traz em seu novo EP de edits, o Brazilian Grooves Vol. 1. O Ep contém 5 faixas selecionadas entre a década de 70 e final de 80, que fizeram sucesso nas pistas no passado mas com um toque mais atual.
A ideia do EP surgiu depois do sucesso de seu mais recente trabalho, a faixa “Mais Uma Chance” e de seus dois Edits Brasileiros que foram aclamados no selo espanhol Spa In Disco. A dupla também foi influênciada por dois outros projetos que também exploram brasilidades, Fatnotronic e Salvagem.
O Brazilian Grooves vem com um toque French Touch, cheio de recortes e filtros, mostrando como é possível reviver o que foi deixado para trás na história da música brasileira.

Sidenote: When Remedy and I agreed to do this remix, we knew it would be tough. The original is a classic, which can present a problem for 2 producers that are tasked with remixing it. The question was... Do we go in a completely different direction from the original, or do we just stay faithful to the original and do a version of it with our own twists, drums, edits and what not. Ultimately, we chose to keep it simple and go for a tribute to the original as opposed to a total flip. Anyhow, I stand by our decision. Personally, I really like this remix a lot and it has been going off really well at my shows. Much love to Zomboy for having us remix this one.

@cyclist returns to his leftfield disco roots for his MANI/PEDI debut 12” “Incoming Instructions”. The title track is loose and hooky. Live bass and guitar rhythms provide the funky bed for some analog synth earcandy. The song makes a surprisingly shift midway, introducing Joel Klaverkamp’s peculiar HAL 9000-esque vocals. “Meta” is a lengthy cosmic space jam with a relentless 303 bassline and more of Cyclist’s guitar funk and lively synth leads. On the flip side, italo disco VIP Alexander Robotnick remixes “Incoming Instructions” and takes us on a celestial trip with weaving arpeggios, pads and synth leads. The release wraps up with a vibey trek to the afterhours with a narcotic remix of the title track by Brioski.

The release is limited to 300 copies and comes in the slick MANI/PEDI printed jacket, designed by Forces Creative out of London.

After becoming friends of the label and twice a guest DJ at the Nude Disco club night, Auke kindly agreed to produce a track for the label. ‘Disco Machine’ has turned out to be everything we could have wished for from an Auxiliary Tha Masterfader production. Programmed & written entirely on outboard analog synths, drum machines & vocoders we are treated to a gem of electronic disco which is deceptively simple yet totally energising.

Recorded on the anniversary of JFK's assassination and 21 years after their historic '92 New Year mix on Kiss 100 FM, Coldcut meets The Orb inna Uptown Youth House for the Return Trip. Matt Black and Jonathan More alongside studio accomplice Dor Wand got suitably enhanced with Dr LX Paterson and Youth for a multi-player late night jam session lasting over 3 hours. They then entrusted the multitracks of the set to DJ Food who heroically edited, condensed and massaged the sprawling swamp of sound into a tight - but also loose - 2 hour Solid Steel session.

Swimming through the mix are Lee Perry, Killing Joke, Sun Ra, William Burroughs, Teebs, Ry Cooder, Actress, Prince Jammy, Iggy Pop, Monty Python, Hank Williams and Hal 9000. Alongside unreleased dubs from the players themselves, remixes and versions of tunes old and new, the complete track listing for this marathon set may never be fullly disclosed. It's 2 hours, 10 minutes of sonic secrets to melt your mind, probably best listened to in headphones late at night with all suitable facilities for the full effect. Enjoy this trip.

Founder and DJ of "ALL U CAN DANCE"  at Mos Eisley(Stuttgart/Germany) 

Germany-based Sebastian Stuetz is the brain and mind behind the well-known music-project “Final DJs”. Besides producing and DJ’ing, he is also into blogging at Nu Disco Your Disco , a prominent base for Nu-Disco around the web.

After experimenting with different kinds of electronic music, Daft Punk’s album „Homework“, gained his attention thanks to its sampled and retro-influenced house-music. While playing French-house, disco-house or synthwave for a few years as a DJ, the enthusiastic virtuoso followed up by creating his own music-project.

“Final DJs” was born back in 2010 and soon after, several remixes for labels like Kiez Beats, Universal Music or Pyramid (Kitsuné).
In 2013 the single “One Day In The Sun” (Kiez Beats) which featured popular house-music vocalist Stee Downes went on to be played at Abercrombie & Fitch-stores worldwide while it made its way into the Beatport Nu-Disco charts thanks also to remixes by Teenage Mutants and Vintage Culture to stay there for quite some time.

The next releases were a mixture of house and nudisco while supported by the likes of Thump.com, Goldroom, Satin Jackets, Earmilk, EDM.com or trndmusik.de to name a few! Beside all of the releases mentioned above, Final DJs produced official remixes for globally-known acts & artists like Goldroom, Marcus Layton, Miss Kittin, Elton John or The Knocks.

Clubs like Kiki Ortaköy (Istanbul/Turkey), MyyyBitch Club (Vienna/Austria), Singerhaus(Basel/Switzerland), Wanderlust (Paris/France) played hosts to the energizing sound of Final DJs.

Also Sebastian crafted dj mixes for well known music blogs and radio stations like Data Transmission (UK), Deep House Radio Moscow or Acid Stag (Australia). All of the mixes have a total reach of over 300.000 plays worldwide.

Basti´s collaboration with Amsterdam Label SOAVE got him attention to a younger audience on Spotify where he already got a solid fanbase with over a million streams.

His music is colorful, funky, discoid with warm chords, guitar vibes and grooves. 80s influenced but fresh at the same time. Combines the best of both worlds – groovy retro vibes with a kiss of the future.

Before the pandemic FINAL DJS started to run his own Nudisco/House event in Stuttgart called "All U Can Dance" in the club MOS EISLEY where he fastly gained a big fanbase with monthly parties.

At the moment hes working on several music projects on different labels and is looking forward to bring back "All U Can Dance" in 2022 somehow.
