Find Your Immersion explores the hopes, fears, and motivations behind those of us on the path to creating a better life for ourselves.  That path leads through darkest places in the mind, the deepest of laughs during an Om, up, down and everywhere in between. Yoga may be our muse, but it's just the practice of life.
