Fingerman In The Egg Room Session May 8th 2020

I've been absorbed in music since the early 80's listening to electro, soul, Chicago house etc. Discovered funk and disco in the early 90's when away at Uni and have spent the past 20 + years buying back into this amazing music genre. Don't get the time to play out much nowadays but I have DJ'ed at Funkademia in Manchester a few times over the past year or two which is always a top night and great place to play! The older I get the more I seem to appreciate not only the music I have collected, but all of the hidden gems I am discovering through edits posted on either Soundcloud or new releases from one of the many talented producers/ editors currently in the Disco Scene. Big fan of labels such as Disco Deviance, Editorial, Midnight Riot, Editors Kutz, Razor N Tape, Whiskey Disco, Chopshop, Hot Digits etc. In my mixes I try to blend the records as subtly as possible and be respectful to what has already been created.  



There's so many ways to  do it. so many ways to see... pathpathpathpahtpath, can't play around no you can't fake no you can't fake, thi,thi, thi, this is ska,i can't quite understand DON'T lose that feeling give your self to meeeeeee, DEEP IN THE VIBE OF -,falling bodies tumble cross the floor, who do you think you are no more, so many  tears, but was it was it wasit? was it s LOOOOVE, let me tell you-lemme tell you what you do what you do for you get down you get down CAUSE I"M GONG OUT FOR SOME FUN TONIGHT,i knew a lady she tried to walk across a lake, lawd if i stand in one more phreekin line... .... .... "thanks that was fun" oop she walked away --- cut one hour O MY GOD she's deaf that whole crew is deaf - standing next to the guy with dress, NO past the orthadox jew guy and the bigmuscle guys with the chain mail skirts... o forget  ... i think this what i have been looking for all my life.
