Daniel will be headlining our deep and disco loft. His contribution to the three year alongside No Way Back's Conor back-to-back with Honey's Jason Kendig perfectly captures our love for disco and sweaty dance parties. As celebrations are prepped for their tenth birthday and hitting a centenary of releases – 2016 certainly looks strong for AUS Music. It's only February, but the label are already set to drop their second offering of the year. Huxley now passes the baton to two label favourites, [Marquis] Hawkes & [Timothy] Blake. Both made their debuts on AUS only last year, where the Blake-Hawkes connection had already formed on Blake's Stormy Search EP. The studio chemistry now continues with the collaborative Love Precipitation EP, consisting of two tracks custom-built for the dancefloor. "Flip a Coin" on the A-side sets the retrospective mood accordingly – elated synth grooves and powerful house chords on the piano, laid over skippety garage rhythms from the polished 909 drums. A big celebratory sound, straight from the turrets of AUS.

Love Precipitation drops February 12th. Exciting AUS birthday celebrations incoming. Stay tuned...

The producer now teams up with Dublin born producer and fellow Aus Music signee Timothy Blake to deliver another bag of grooves to Will Saul and Fink’s ever-outstanding imprint. Hawkes & Blake’s Love Precipitation goes straight in with playful yet powerful piano lines and rejoicing synths that are held up with the punch of classic 909 drums, giving the track an equal amount of classic Detroit garage feels and soulful 90s New Jersey groove. 
Its safe to say we’re pretty excited about what these two are going to bring to the table in 2016 and to kick off their joint venture, i-D are pleased to share the title track from the new EP.

‘Use Me Again’ is Tom Trago’s evergreen club classic. Originally released at the start of 2010 it became a staple track in many DJs sets.

The track is based around an infectious loop in true disco spirit and it lights up every dancefloor its been played to. The original version has been yet again re- mastered for this 2012 release.

Carl Craig has been one of the track’s biggest fans ever since it was first re- leased, at a certain point he was playing it out in almost every set. For this release he came up with a typical c2 re-tweak.
