Three years ago Fireboy (Aka Rob Weighill)) got hold of some 3rd hand decks and a 20 quid mixer, discovered electro and never looked back. After rocking house parties and underground nights in Bournemouth then destroying the Block Party’s silent disco at the end of 2009 he finally got his break in the WAYF main room back in January.

Since then he is becoming known as the WAYF electro monkey, playing at other nights across Bournemouth, including the infamous ON&ON.

Alongside this Fireboy has managed to fit in a small tour with Feeder and has become heavily involved in all things Red Bull.

Fireboy has recently teamed up with DJ Kelz Clarkson, to work on a new project, aptly named SIN&PROSPER. This had lead the two on a magical mystery tour of the music industry with big things to come.

Most recently Fireboy has played at Beach Break Live and Red Bull Harbour Reach to over 6,000 people.

We would like you to join us on our journey to becoming the most talked about, innovating, boundary pushing record label in the UK and beyond.

Launching in March 2009, ready for the Miami Winter Music Conference (WMC), we have one clear, concise objective - to search for the future heroes and heroines of tomorrow. We will also be responsible for releasing music from names known and loved, as we stays true to the music that is closest to our hearts.

With a diverse and dynamic way of thinking, we plan on having a variety of genres spread across two contrasting sides of the label.

Introducing the LIGHT and DARK sides of 54 Music. The LIGHT will be host to an assortment of forward thinking genres, consisting of Deep House, Broken Beats, Nu-Jazz and all things eclectic. The DARK half will be home to Techno, Tech House and Minimal Techno.

This new concept in musical magnificence is being brought to you by the formidable 54, who have been responsible for rocking London’s foundations for the last 4 years, keeping the clubbing community immersed in only the finest underground music.
