Farah Mitha, also known as FIREFLY, is a world pop recording artist, speaker, actor, and founder of Firefly World. With a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, 18 years in health and wellness, and certifications in Pilates and coaching, Farah is a force of nature, a multi-faceted leader dedicated to helping others heal, grow, and shine.

Growing up feeling alone, Farah turned to music and creativity as her lifeline, vowing to create spaces of healing for others. Though initially pursuing medicine, a life-changing realization during a medical school interview set her on a different path—a journey to follow her dreams of healing people with music and positivity. However, unbeknownst to her, this journey would be filled with turbulent challenges she never could have imagined.

 For years, she faced the grueling highs and lows of the entertainment industry, grappling with crippling self-doubt, anxiety, and the crushing weight of societal systems designed to fuel insecurity for profit. At her lowest, Farah chose transformation, diving into mindset reprogramming, paradigm-shifting, and holistic practices. This journey led her to reclaim her power, fall in love with her life, and embrace the ongoing battle of daily self-care, likening mindset work to brushing teeth—a vital act for thriving.

As FIREFLY, she blends pop and world music with empowering lyrics, creating songs that resonate globally. Beyond music, Farah leads workshops, keynote talks, yoga, and meditation, inspiring audiences with practical tools for mental wellness and empowerment. She has shared stages with global icons, performed at international festivals, and mentored countless individuals.

Through Firefly World, Farah combines entertainment with life-changing tools to combat stress, burnout, and disconnection. Her mission is to help others rediscover their light, embrace resilience, and rewrite their narratives with love and strength.
