“Ghosts Of Days Gone By” is a song about an individual succumbing to an extreme feeling of melancholy as a result of past traumas in his/her life. Constantly troubled by these invisible scars that never healed, he/she looks towards the future as a means of providing himself/herself with a glimmer of hope that life will eventually get better. After all, although the past may be set in stone, the future is still yet to be written.
