Disquiet Junto Project 0591: The Loneliest Number
The Assignment: Record the first third of a trio.

Please note: While this is the start of a three-part project, you can participate in one, two, or all three of the parts, which will occur over the next three weeks.

Step 1: This week’s Junto project is the first in a sequence intended to encourage and reward collaboration. You will be recording something with the understanding that it will remain unfinished for the time being. Your part will be done, but more will happen. Read on.

Step 2: The plan is for you to record a short and original piece of music using any instrumentation of your choice. Conceive the piece as something that leaves room for something else — other instruments, other people — to join in.

Step 3: Record a short piece of music, roughly two to three minutes in length, as described in Step 2.

Step 4: This is important: be sure to make your track downloadable because it may be used by someone else in the next Disquiet Junto project, and then after that.

Deadline: This project’s deadline is the end of the day Monday, May 1, 2023, at 11:59pm (that is, just before midnight) wherever you are. It was posted on Thursday, April 27, 2023.

Ein neues T1-Snippet. Diesmal mit dem TG77.
Sanftes aus der Presetecke des TG und dann ein Dröhnen. Auch das kann er. Und der T1 als Controller.
Zwischen Noise und Ambient das ganze.

Os transparentes

Os Transparentes   disquiet0563 (a Torso-T1 snippet)

Four track music composed with Torso T1, Yamaha FSR1 and Future Retro Zillion. 
The Zillion sends Midipulses o the T1. T1 rearranges Zillion-Midi in FX Mode. Marimba theme comes from the Zillion.
An experimet with the wonderful FX mode of the T1.

To achive the goal of deleting notes by chance, I red an iranian carpet pattern which constantly repeats itself. But with slight changes.  Whenever a change happens, I pulled  a note out of one of the three tracks (flute, harp, kick). The forth track remains untouched as a stable base.

This is just a simple ambient solo using the Buchla Music Easel and Christopher H.M Jacques "Sleepwalker" patch for the Zoia. Hopefully it will be of some use to someone for the trio project.

This will be fun! 

I built a patch in kontakt consisting of two voices that seemed to compliment each other and ran a simple midi pattern triggering both. There's a lot of texture and hiss, maybe too much but hopefully others might find some use in this. Feel free to chop, mangle or do what you like with this one, just make sure i get to hear it!
