Bruno is an Argentinian classically trained musician, producer, and composer based in Barcelona who writes for strings, piano, and electronics.  In 1998 he started as a producer for ad21, a personal platform and label. His Piano Textures series, started in 2007, is one of Sanfilippo’s most representative set of recordings, but he has also gained wider recognition in modern music – one of his piano compositions formed the basis for Canadian rapper Drake’s seminal hit, ‘Started From The Bottom’.

The series was created as a means for Lindquist to seek truth from his own heart as well as an outlet for self-expression, and these wonderful pieces are in their purest and most sincere form, unedited and in the moment. Strong classical influences can be heard as well as jazz, new age, and even a little gospel. The moods are consistent enough to provide a subtle backdrop for other quiet activities, but I highly recommend giving this album your full attention at least a few times, as it’s too beautiful to not savor in its entirety. I will reuse my own quote from the previous two Diary reviews and re-state that “This is music to get lost in, hoping never to be found again!” as it is just as fitting for this collection.

There are too many tracks to mention each one, but I have to say that there is no filler or fluff and all of the pieces are reflective and spare. The beginning piece, dated 11/10/12 and titled “Coming Back,” is a lovely intro, setting a quiet, peaceful tone for the album. “I Need to Sleep” has the feeling of late-night musings at the piano - minimal and soft-spoken. As would be expected from the title, “My Gospel” has a very hymn-like style which is mostly quiet with a few gospel phrases in the middle that present a pleasant surprise. “Be There” is subtle and very graceful with lots of open space, giving the music plenty of breathing room. “So Happy” conveys a deep sense of contentment rather than a giddy joy. “Always” expresses a tender passion that makes it a favorite. “Walk With Me” is warm and peaceful while “Farewell” is more conversational and bittersweet. “My Island” closes the album with a soft-spoken tribute to a special place.

If you are new to Christian Lindquist’s Solo Piano Diary series, this is a great place to start for soothing, relaxing piano music with substance. If you have the first two in the series, #3 is a perfect finish to the set. It is available from Amazon, iTunes, and CD Baby. Very highly recommended! //Kathy Parsons

This was supposed to be a melodic dubstep track but as soon as the vocals came I just went with flow haha. I've been pushing myself to the limits, to get as many tracks out before New Year. Also, I hate my computer. Since it's like 4gb RAM or something, it gets stuck while rendering, so I had to like render this project 4-5 times to get the right mix. Also, this is the first time I created 2-3 projects files and went back and forth editing different parts. This track used up all 100 of mixer tracks so I had to deactivate some plugins or freeze tracks. Need to buy another computer lol.
Anyway idk if another track will come out before christmas or naw so

Liran Shoshan, better known by his stage name Lyrik  is an Israeli music producer, songwriter and singer born in Jerusalem, Israel. He is founder of the production house Lyrik Productions. He has cooperated with renowned international DJs and producers like Tiësto, Paul Oakenfold and was signed by their labels "Black Hole" and "Perfecto". Lyrik has also worked with many Israeli artists, most notably Sarit Hadad, Michal Amdurski, Assaf Gad Hanun and Yeho. His productions include mainly electro sounds and trance music.

He has a long-time collaboration with Israeli artist Yeho producing many of the latter's albums, most notably My Turn in 2009 and Yeho in 2013. The two also toured together the United States in their joint "Remember When Tour".[3] Lyrik also appears frequently in Yeho's music videos and has released many remixes of Yeho's songs. In 2012, Lyrik signed with the European dance label Golden Globe and is currently working with Yehon on the artist's third full length English album due out in winter 2014.
