AD Bourke rejoins the Fold for a second outerstellar voyage to the inner mind, an aurally administered distillation equal parts cosmic melodia meets gritty Detroit house. With 'Equal Turns EP' AD’s continued sonic refinement traverses club centric rhythms and syncopated electro basslines awash with his trademark lush synthology.

Building on the hype generated by his sold out 12” label opener, AD again delivers a series of finely crafted grooves and deep atmospheres across the first three tracks of the EP.  Closing out proceedings we are treated to the soulful meandering of ‘Naked Eye’, a true display of musicality that sets this producer apart from many in the electronic world.

Five Fold’s First Fully Fledged digital release inaugurates a curated excursion through the more experimental beat-laden productions of the label’s roster.

TIYG, Venetian duo Luca and Victor, fresh from their recent vinyl outing for the Fold, deliver two new singles in the form of the frenetic grooves of ‘Dizzy Horizon’ and the bubbling synth distortions of ‘Lighthouse ON’.

A magnetic concoction of analogue synths, drum machines and outboard effects, FFDIGI001 is underpinned by TIYG’s raw and near-live production ethos. Abrasive and angular in parts, shimmering and glassy in others, these tracks offer a tantalising glimpse into what’s to come from this talented pair.

Following on from their recent digital-only release for the label, TIYG, brings some serious dancefloor pressure with the delectable ‘In Your Guts’ vinyl EP from Five Fold Records. 
Diverging from their more experimental output, ‘In Your Guts’ is firmly rooted in the continental techno aesthetic seeing our two classically trained instrumentalist thirsting for sonic exploration and delivering gloriously dirty techno acidity coaxed from the array of analogue synths and outboard gear installed in their Venetian studio. 

Opening with ‘In Your Guts’ Remix by AD Bourke, those familiar with AD’s aural evolution will find our first Five Fold Alumni piloting a peak-time acid techno juggernaut of epic proportions. Crunchy, dark and so heavy it warps spacetime, this remix will be pummeling bass bins from Berghain to Movement well into 2016’s summer season. 
Flip to the B side for the original cut of jumped up squelchy acid techno, where the marauding bassline mutates throughout awash with distortion filters and bad intentions, while the B2 is a thoroughly dark and unsettling affair of cavernous reverbs and rhythmic scatterings that give way to a deep and driving techno bubbler percolating long into the night.

From the innards of TIYG's Venetian studio comes In Your Guts, a three-track EP of acid-tinged techno via their newly adopted family of London-based Five Fold Records. Although it may be a stark divulgence from their classical origins, a firm grasp of theory is still audible in the quality of TIYG's music. Now having entered a bold new paradigm of electronic and experimental, percussionist Luca Ventimiglia and violinist Victor Nebbiolo di Castri boldly wave the acid-tinged techno flag with effortlessness.

The release is opened (albeit unconventionally) with a remix by fellow FF alumnus, AD Bourke, whose take on "In Your Guts" transposes the title track into a techno slow burner, perfect for peak-time on any darkened dancefloor. Falling in line with this comes its aesthetic counterpart; a dark and sensational video created by Orgen, adhering visually to much of what is explored in AD Bourke's rework.

To celebrate the upcoming release of his In Your Guts EP via Five Fold Records, TIYG is offering Data Transmission readers an exclusive free track titled 'Alien Eggs For Dinner'. Presumably with names like that, this whole deal can only end in some sort of Chestbuster scenario, but when there's free music involved we're willing to take the risk.

Out September 25th, In Your Guts finds the Venice-based duo turning out cut-throat techno; blending together volatile acidic elements like mad scientists. Drafted in to take on the title-track is Five Fold favourite AD Bourke, who switches out some of the original's insanity for a bulked-up, crunchy remix.

Our free download 'Alien Eggs For Dinner' on the other hand, goes the lush percussion route; all shimmering hats and swinging claps, backed by pads so colourful and cosmic they'd give the Northern Lights a run for its money.
