PREMIERE: Felix - Magic Travel

Rising Romanian minimalist Lenesu embarked on a mission to deliver a full length album release, of which is a proud moment in the Arupa camp.  From featuring in our podcast series and being a regular in our inbox, Lenesu has gone from strength to strength, unveiling nine brilliantly original tracks.  Aptly titled ‘From the Beginning’ with tracks titled only by number; notable textures create atmospheric tensions throughout.  Built in subtle nature, set free with emotive character.  Each track has an entity of its own; many, many intricate layers, individual arrangement formats, classy production techniques. Brought together fantastically by Lenesu and topped off with a super distinctive remix courtesy of our good friend Vadim Oslov.

In barely two years, a young musician from Rasnov City, Vladut, has risen swiftly in the music industry. In recent months, he has shared the decks with several well-known musicians, including Mihai Pol, Bryz, Herck, Lumieux, Haokah, Cosmjn, Mihigh, Piticu, and a slew of others.

His first encounter with electronic music was in 2010, then he found Romanian minimal in 2019. Since then, he has gradually begun to share his vibes through music for his audience. His music combines inventiveness and darkness. His playing style is defined by these genres.

In the previous several years, he has been able to develop his musical style, releasing a slew of original productions and more.

We reopen the Premiere series with Octave (Octavian Rotaru), a DJ and Producer of House music born in Iasi, Romania some twenty years ago. He’s been around electronic music since he was a little boy, influenced by his brother’s musical path through genres from nu-metal to break-beat, techno and dark-step and ultimately combining all this experience into the deep groovy house music which he is mixing and producing today. Influenced by many artists and genres but always keeping his style personal and unique.The analog feeling in his tracks is given by the unique way he produces them which some may see as chaotic but as it appears, there is a method to this man’s madness.

The track “iRobot” is a single release at “League of Legends” label.A deep-round bassline merged with dark vocals and ambient synths made to put you in a good mood.
