Ankenbrands Erstkontakt zu Musikproduktion waren Hiphop- und Trapbeats mit satten 808 Bässen und scharfem Sounddesign. 
Als Düsseldorfer ist er dem sog des Lucys Sky (by Hippiesque) in die Tiefen des Downtempo/Techno-Kaninchenbaus gefolgt und seither nicht mehr von organischen, modulierten und warpenden Bässen zu lösen. Er spielt eine Mixtur aus Atmosphärischen Klanglandschaften, natürlichen Synthis und Samples gepaart mit wummernden Bassrhythmen, treibender Percussion und viel Liebe.
