We discovered Gavin Guthrie's (aka Tx Connect) music in early 2013 when he made an appearance on a split ep alongside Willie Burns on L.I.E.S BLK. TX Connect now makes his debut on Athens based "Lower Parts" label with a four track EP that touches on acid, techno and house. Here is the titletrack, no doubt you will like it ! This 12" vinyl comes in full printed cover and will hit the stores next week-end

Hailing from Stockholm’s fertile electronic music scene, Saine & Smith - aka Jaja Saine and Leo Smith - are a duo exploring diasporic strands of leftfield dance music. Their second release - the Dirty Games EP - is a diverse package of soul-tinged house employing a range of styles into one cohesive sound.

Across six tracks, the duo meander through jazzy chords, infectious basslines and swung percussion with a subtle hint of dub. At once hedonistic and reflective, their constructions brandish a careful blend of dancefloor function and cerebral stimulation.

From the glistening melody and chugging percussion of the title track to the deep, hazy chords of ‘Rasta 116’ via the high energy angular structures of ‘Moon Monsters’, the Dirty Games EP offers a truly broad spectrum of ideas presented in fully fledged, radiant colour.

Joseph Sardashti is a producer residing in Detroit that hails from a musically minded family in a small town in Oklahoma. His sonic foundation was formed in learning classical violin and listening to Santana as a child. Sardashti became obsessed early on with the raw sounds of funk and hip hop, which is clear in his initial productions. Following his relocation to Detroit in 2016, his music made a reciprocal shift to darker, faster, dance-focused rhythms. He makes his tracks live--every recording a performance of its own. Sard throws the monthly Tunnel Visions party in Windsor, which focuses on featuring Detroit and Canadian talents for an evening of weeknight dance and expression. Sard relieves stress daily by making and mixing music. 

“Meshed” highlights Sard’s smart wit and empathy, his darker as well as brighter moods. It’s punishing as well as uplifting. Broken up loosely into a darker and a brighter side, Sard lays out his dynamic style for those who like their dance-floor to take them everywhere. This is for those who are not afraid to embrace both their ugliness and radiance.

Their new Truffles EP is packed with swinging goodness and comes with a jazzy Hugo LX remix. Nearly 2 years after their 'With Lasers' EP, we now give you the 'Truffles' EP. The A-side kicks off with the title track and instantly shows you a new side of Fouk. 'Truffles' is their take on what ravey piano house should sound like and it's funky as hell. Meanwhile, 'I'll be down' is about as Fouk as you can get. With their ever so sexy percussion, a moody vocal and synthy sprinkles all around, you hear so much of what makes their music so energetic and inspiring.

It was Memorial Day Weekend 2016, and the sun shined bright over the Detroit River. Pontchartrain stepped up to the decks at the Red Bull stage at Movement Electronic Music Festival donning his infamous "Detroit vs. Itself" t-shirt. His first song through the Rane rotary mixer was a dubplate made specifically for his set: “Afterlife”. It’s a brilliantly executed daytime disco rework that warrants the praise of summer anthem that it’s earning. 

On the flip is “Pool”, an equally sunny slomo beatdown rework from Blair French. It's a delightful blend of cerebral and soulful, and is finally getting a release after being originally championed by Peter Croce on his Le Mellotron Paris set back in early 2018. 

This 7" is pressed heavy and cut loud at 33.3 RPM with a normal non-dinked hole.

Erika Glück is a producer and musician currently based in Nashville, TN but grew up in the country without electricity and water until she was a teenager. She is closely affiliated with the Tram Planet label and party organizers. Her live sets are always evolving drawing inspiration from 1950-60s and 2000s samples. 

Erika started making music in 2013 starting “in the box” with Ableton. She wanted to expand out from her computer and subsequently bought an Electribe ESX. Since then her setup has changed quite a bit. However, she uses the same ethos keeping her set-up scaled back to focus more thoroughly on a smaller number of machines

Unexpected Destinations Vol. 1 -- A compilation of artists living outside of the traditional electronic music hubs. This tape brings together all of the different sound interests of the label. There is a bit of techno, acid, house, EBM, ambient, jungle, and industrial. All of the tracks were sought out by artists based upon our guiding principles: love and intuition.

For our 6th release, we're proud to present to you the debut vinyl release from Brooklyn's Sweater On Polo, one of our favorites from the New York dance community.

Sweater On Polo AKA Mali “STRINGS” Mase was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, a slow but beautiful suburb 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia. He spent pretty much all of his teenage years skateboarding and trying to stay out of trouble. He started producing trap and rap beats at 17 but quickly tired of trying to impress local rappers so switched to atmospheric drum and bass and house music which he found less compromising. He has been living in New York since 2017, where he skates and makes music as much as possible and leads a generally mellow life.

“Travel International EP is about moving, traveling, and seeking adventure in life. Not only physically, but also mentally. My goal with all of these tracks was to allow myself to get lost somewhere between the simplicities and complexities of the grooves. I wanted the music to sound fruitful and universal. There’s no particular setting for this music. I just hope wherever the listener desires to make use of it, they can hear it. Half of the EP was sequenced on a DAW, the other half with hardware and recorded onto blank cassettes or into a DAW, so you’re gonna hear some differences between the mediums used. 
I want to thank everyone that supported me throughout this journey between the time I started producing and this record being released. I want to thank my two very close friends Julian and Yash for being at the very start of this when I was only 17. Special thank you to everyone I’ve met in NYC and across the globe. Enjoy”
