In this monthly mix series, we ask one person to create a mixtape on their selected topic. Together with the mix, we release an individual artwork that visually picks up on the theme.

Our first mixtape comes from Kunu. It embraces the concept of ‚Ups and Downs' through a selection of tracks that swing between energetic and emotional, creating an unpredictable and dynamic experience that reflects the fluid nature of the world around us.

Hey, ich bin – ein leidenschaftlicher Raver aus Oberfranken, der die elektronische Musikszene mit Herz und Seele lebt. Für mich ist Techno mehr als nur Sound – es ist ein Lebensgefühl, das Menschen verbindet und Grenzen vergessen lässt. Als begeisterter Tänzer und langjähriger Begleiter vieler Freunde, die hinter den Decks stehen und als Vorstandsmitglied unseres kleinen, aber feinen Vereins für Freizeit- und Clubkultur e.V. (liebevoll der „FUCK“ genannt) setze ich mich dafür ein, unserer Community auch abseits der großen Städte Raum und Bedeutung zu geben. Wir sind gerade im Wandel und auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zuhause, aber aufgeben kommt nicht in Frage – diese vier Buchstaben bedeuten mir und uns einfach zu viel.

Ich bin regelmäßig in Clubs wie der Rakete in Nürnberg, der Mitte oder auf den elektronischen Events rund um den Landkreis Hof unterwegs – dort, wo meine nie stillstehenden Füße ihre Energie loswerden können. Und falls du mich auf Festivals suchst: Fusion, Kepotopia, Mystic Creature, Nachtdigital, Feel Festival, Klangtherapie und in Zukunft voraussichtlich auf dem 3000grad, Moin Moin, Wurzelfestival, Bucht der Träumer uvm

Nu Amo has been dancing since she learned to stand, and that's how her endless love for music began. 
The ritual of it planted a special seed of joy into the depths of her heart, so she started by moving and playing her playlists for friends. It was them who inspired her to start mixing the songs.
The music for Nu Amo was always about the huge inspiration and connection: connection to memories and dreams, the connection between people through dancing to it, through smiling and moving together, and the connection in the song itself – it was never just about the vocals, but the fusion of all kinds of sounds, the drums, the noises, the melody which create the special story and carry it through the piece each time for us to notice, to dance to it and to heal our souls and bodies through pleasure. 
The time has passed, dancing to R&B and hip-hop transformed into playing the soulful, funky, tropical house going deep and disco. The intention of her heart remained the same – to express all her background and current insights that she gathers from different fields, to reveal the joy inside of her, to connect, and to celebrate life in its joyful and healing form. So let's scream, move our bodies, and connect
