When I go outside these days, I like to see nature lit up magicly in golden and brown colours without them having a depressive effect on me. Some of the leaves are still hanging in the trees, colouring the landscape in bright golden-yellow, red and brown, and as you walk through the forest, these colourful leaves line the path, rustling and rustling gently in the wind and every step. I find this moment of the year very impressive and positive and I savour it until the coming onset of winter turns the gold to white. 

Golden Brown is the world around me right now. It is precious and yet fleeting. I love this time because it is the golden-brown farewell to a white winter and a new year and beginning. In this groovy, jazzy, lofi-hiphop song, a warm, autumnal Rhodes and old piano accompany a vintage synth on its journey through the magically coloured carpet of leaves.

As a child, I was completely fascinated by nature, and I still am today, but back then it had a completely different angle. I loved watching nature and wildlife films with my great-grandmother and granddad, including the underwater documentary by Jacques Cousteau, which I still remember today. This chilled jazzy lofi song dives into the world of Jacques Cousteau with Vibraphone, a Rhodes Sparkletop and Mpc Drums
