This album marks Mike "Mike D" Diamond, Adam "Ad Rock" Horovitz and Adam "MCA" Yauch's first full length effort since 2007's Grammy-winning all-instrumental The Mix-Up.

12 May 2011 China's 1st beat battle was held at The Shelter, Shanghai by http://soundcloud.com/sickstar with guest judge Jeru The Damaja who also provided the song to sample from (80s discofunkboogie). 7 Producers then only got 90 minutes to make a beat on the spot using elements of that song. Winner was local talent Ceezy (http://site.douban.com/classizy). This was my entry. HEADPHONE MIX :)
