EN FLAH is a special, out-of-the-ordinary event by the LE FLAH-crew. Whilst LE FLAH is about live beatmaking and live beatmaking sets, much like a show or concert, EN FLAH highlights the process of sample-based music production.

The participants meet at noon, bring their chosen gear to a public venue, Enfant Terrible in Zurich, receive 50.- CHF to purchase vinyl records, go digging in thrift shops, flea markets or regular record stores, come back to the venue and start sampling, chopping and sequencing. On return, the venue is open and the sampling etc. is open for the audience. They can approach the producers, ask questions, observe their work routine and so forth. On top of it, LE FLAH crew member KHADERBAI moderates the whole shebang.

At the end of the night, the beats are presented, meaning each producer showcases the samples that have been used as well as the final beat. This is the collection of the beats that have been produced at the second EN FLAH in October 2016..
