After a fantastic year of progressive indulgence, with some of the finest sound scien-tists we had the pleasure of representing, we are ready to bring out the banquet of au-ral appetisers that our artists have been prepping in the Flemcy Music kitchen for 2023, and we hope you are ready to join us.

Let the feast begin with Monsieur Pluspetit's Life EP. Within it, a duo of meandering melodies bubbling in a warm pool of trance, each selection offering a taste of the past with a generous dash of old school, clubland influence.

The title track 'Life' will blast you right back to the 90s and take you higher and higher with its crisp, riding symbols, euphoric synth lead, and pumping bassline.

'Melting Pots' makes the perfect accompaniment, with a deeper, much more acidic flavour. Using or-chestral notes and bright chords it cleverly develops a sinister side, coercing you into an inescapable spiral of delirium.

As our guests at this table, we hope your palates are satisfied, and tantilised, by PlusPetit's delectable menu, and we look forward to serving you next time...

About the background:

If we don't have them, we are missing something. "Society of Pills" is a track that wants to draw attention to this without judging.

About the background:
This track is about a ghost who takes on all the worries of his fellow man. He takes them in his arms, listens to them, shares their sorrow and happiness. He also cares about the problems of the world and wishes that everything will be better. He often forgets that he too needs a spirit to take him in his arms, listen to him and share his sorrow and happiness. I wish that every person has a "Ghost" and is also one himself.

About the background:
Our world has changed a lot in recent years. Peace can no longer be taken for granted, even in Europe, climate change is increasingly showing its effects and more and more people can no longer cope with their lives. At the same time, you see mostly only happy and beautiful people in social media. With "Dark Times" I want to show that techno music can also draw attention to darker aspects of life in this day and age.

About the background:
The title doesn't have to be taken literally. For me, making music and performing in front of an audience is a great source of energy. It helps me to work through problems and find joy. Nevertheless, it is also often stressful, frustrating and tiring to compete in this business. But when I see people dancing to my music on the dance floor, I am "Never Tired". This track is a techno edit of a 2020 original released on Mirror Records with Vocals of the street singer Nanou.

Bio:
The Swiss producer, live act and DJ has released and played music under the pseudonym “Monsieur Pluspetit” in recent years. His music has developed more and more in the direction of techno. But there are different hearts beating in his chest. That is why he has decided to return to his more housey and melodic roots under a different name. “Poetry of Waves” is the name of the project under which he will release and play slower and more diverse music in future.
