Finally, after having sat on this for a good 2 years… I have finally got round to releasing this into the wild….

The third instalment of my “Handle with care” series  that is carefully created to provide an interesting journey through the sub-genres, covering the full spectrum and providing some contrasting mixes but mainly keeping the balance between light and dark.

This one was originally intended to be a concept mix featuring myself and good pal / sparring partner MC RBEE. We storyboarded a whole world of bars following a character throughout his turbulent life but ironically life got in the way of this being finalised,

Feeling inspired, i'm back with another one....   "Bangers & Sass"

An hour of soulful, moody and moving, (mainly female) vocal lead, Dark -liquid. Interspersed with some choice sub-hurters for good measure.

In between cementing my next fully spec'd out "concept mix" and so I had no choice but to put something else together to fill the void.  "Handle with care part 2" is another mix following my first that attempts to do nothing other than create an hour of carnage (hopefully in the best way). Veering between sub-genre's and creating unlikely pairings to make a vibe-filled hour of listening. From the pulse-racing to the high-brow, hopefully enough to keep most entertained.

A little more sporadic than normal and not as meticulously planned but good fun and contains some of my fav blends that I have put together that have never made it into a mix.

Its finally here.... something that has been undoubtedly the most cathartic offering that I have put out in my 18 years of MC'ing / Mixing.

DJ Fluent Presents - Flewid MC 2020 Introspection spray out.

This is a short 15 minute piece that is both mixed by me and with me also providing vocals.

I have made some real changes in late 2019 that allowed me to re-ignite my passion for writing lyrics and spitting and as a result, started penning again at a rapid rate. Taking influences from my own life experiences, my journey, my friends, my family and my new aspirations towards cognitive hypnotherapy and my philosophies on how we progress......
I wanted to take a retrospective look at 2020 through my own eyes and put out something reflective of my thoughts and feelings.
The mix - Short, sweet, evolving and punchy.
The lyrics - based more heavily than ever around word play, multi's, linguistics and syntactics.

I mean this more than ever, thank you to all of you that have been of personal support to me over the last couple of years both in terms of my music, my personal life & my overall well intentioned absurdities.
Those that have consistently been there for me, I owe you everything (you know who you are ;) )& those that have been kind enough to provide feedback in any format, taken time out of their own lives to listen, share, re-post, comment, like, support.... you guys are the reason for this output.
So I thank you all...... So much more to come now you'll be sick of it... just remember, its also your fault...... haha.

Im not adding a TL for once as I want there to be no pre-conceptions before you choose to listen but for once, I am confident and its sprinkled with Optimism and vibes.
