It’s just a love song. Written in June/July 2022 but set in a room in an old house in Exeter in 1985.

I must accept its love

My watch strap smells of perfume from a town in Southern France
You wore my watch last weekend at a party where we danced
We were kissing in the pub, our friends were laughing,  they were singing
The band was playing loud, our lips were sore, our ears were ringing

And now, the window to my room is open to the night
Its cold but I can see the stars, and watch the trees sway in the moonlight
The tap drips, floors creak, but I’m safe within these walls
And I miss you so badly, can’t live at all

Its just so strong ,I feel possessed by these thoughts of you
I’ve tried to fight it but there is nothing I can do
I should accept its love

I hear the train announcements from platforms down the hill
And prayers are said for our love in a room that’s light and still
I love this life I live, but now its dull and slow without you
I don’t want that anymore, and now I know what I must do

And now, I’m alone and lying in the deepest bath
My fingers trace the places on my body where you kissed me in the dark
I want the movement of your body, I want the touch, I want the heat
And I miss you so badly, just got to get through this week

Its just so strong I feel possessed by these thoughts of you

This simple lo-fi rock track has been dormant on my hard drive for a long time. Now I've revived it. While searching for rock a vocal for it, I came across the website looperman.com and discovered the rock voice of 2nick8. His acapella singing on 'Superstar' went very well with my song. It's only Rock and Roll...

Superstar - OMCB Ft. 2nick8

This song started as Polish friend Kuba's stem of his guitar and bass. I added mandolin, organ, and slide. I almost added vocals, as I came up with a prayer to Poseidon (I figure who better fit a surfer to pray to?), but I decided to let the melody just come through on the various instruments. Kuba just changed his name on here from 380 Librarians to Dr Stavros Magic Band, and again to My Name it is Noting. But if you haven't checked him out yet, he has tons of really cool music on his page. I'm very lucky he decided to share this one with me. We hope you enjoy it.

Surfers Prayer (with Kuba aka Modern Sound Orchestra)

This is a song created by the very talented and revered Karin-Maria Brunner, to which she was kind enough to ask me to contribute. She sent me the beat, the bass line, and the chords and said, "verrückt werden!" So nuts I did go! She wanted something that on which I used a synthesizer, of which I loved the idea. 
  The song appears on her album Synthastic, which also includes some other really top ace musicians, including some of my personal favorites, like Frans Beelaard. Thus, I'm very honored and proud to not only be among musicians of that ilk, but to have been asked by Karin-Maria to participate in the first place. 
  You can find my other song, Magic Hour, along with those of the other seven collaborators among the other seventeen songs on the album on literally every streaming service available. So, next time you're listening somewhere other than the Cloud, please take at least a few minutes and check it out. Better yet, put it on your headphones next time you play your favorite video game! 

The Puzzle (with Karin-Maria Brunner from her album Synthastic)

This is a song that Chris (cgmaness) came up with on the bass with a little guitar. He sent it to me, Tez (Llanpsych), and Ken (K2 and the 3) via BandLab and we added our respective parts. I added slide and vibraphone, Tez added the killer guitar solo and crescendo, and Ken added some amazingly tricky drums. I like that the time was off by a beat. it made it challenging and fun to come up with parts for it. Chris is also a master producer who took all of our parts and mixed them into this fun journey. We also did two more together which will be out soon.
