I was interested in music in my early youth... so I soon got my first synthesizer and set up a small home recording studio.
over the years i played keyboards in 5 bands...the direction was rock...pop...blues and soul.
in the meantime i have discovered my enthusiasm for creating my own songs.
it makes me happy when I can compose...arrange...mix...produce and create something new.
it's like a passion to experiment with different styles of music... and it gives me a lot of joy.
the only limit is your imagination...
is my motto.
and everything is possible...you just have to try.

Hi, I’m Krissie 💜 I have high functioning autism, which I proudly call a gift, though sometimes it drags me into beautifully bonkers territory. I played saxophone for over ten years (seriously, I could wail).. until I got ill and my arms went on strike. But music? It stuck around. So now I do what I can, I write, engineer, and produce my own songs, shaping them with whatever magic I’ve got left, plus a few emotional plot twists. I mostly post them here on SoundCloud because, let’s be real, this place is easier to manage than the rest of the digital circus.

Since joining, I’ve met some incredible, like minded humans, some aliens too I'm pretty sure. If you want to be friends, yay! Come say hi, I don’t bite unless provoked 🐍 Just please don’t offer to promote me or “grow my following.” This isn’t a career move, it’s not business, this is soul work, glitter therapy, a creative outlet with mood swings. I’m here for the music, the honesty, the connections that don’t feel like marketing.

All my life, I’ve had to hide who and what I am. I’ve never been what the world calls “normal.” As I say in 'I Don’t Write Songs "I Survive"', my brain just isn’t wired the way it should be. I’ve been called weird, not right in the head, bonkers, even crazy. So I learned to mask, to shrink, to pretend. But here.. here, I get to breathe. To be.

And it’s not just the music. It’s the comments, the replies, the strange and sparkling conversations where I finally feel like I don’t have to filter myself. I can be full volume, full chaos, full heart, and somehow, that’s not just accepted, it’s welcomed.

You beautiful humans (and possibly aliens) have given me something I never thought I’d find, a place to be fully myself. To speak how I feel, to show what I see, and to turn it all into sound and words without shame. The way you’ve welcomed me, supported me, seen me, there are no words. (Yes, I know. Me. The Queen of Words. Speechless. Don’t get used to it.)

My heart is so full of love and gratitude, I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t burst into glitter. Thank you. All of you. From the very bottom of my shoelaces 🖤🎶🧦

Best known as a local Northern California Funk Band, FlexHead and their sound have developed and grown in popularity since 2015. Influenced by the community, culture, and sounds of their hometown, they perform music that speaks to fans across the musical spectrum. Their signature style has become synonymous with a diverse collection of melodies and compositions. I am old old now  .but i think we are what we do .i am lucky to still do what i did when i was young.  i try and catch a song .. i try and get a good take.  i record it  ..i never played live...most of the songs are from the 8o's .   old songs.. new recordings .I can not hear very well in one ear, . the mix maybe a bit off..i am dyslexic....my song writing has been for me self therapy... .I hope my words help you heal :O)i have tinnitus makes it hard listening to others music ..
