Introduced into the music scene at an early age, SJ2R was exposed to Hardcore Techno and Hard Hop Break Beats in the late 80s by a family friend, DJ Omar Sanatana.  Growing up in Brooklyn and Queens New York, Genres such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Drum n Bass and Jungle had played a huge roll in transpiring his love for music which lead to the introduction of the Hip-Hop culture where he began BBoying.  In 1997 he moved to Kissimmee Florida where the Orlando Breaks Scene had exploded and a new onslaught of BBoy crews began to populate globally.  With a few friends that practiced Capoeira regularly in high school, they created a crew, The Secret Formula (T.S.F.), and began there adventures across the United States BBoying at a multitude of BBoy Jams, Underground Raves, and Clubs.  He continues his passion in music production bringing a fresh style of Break Beat cuts and Battle grooves that have a funky flavor with BBoy anthem samples tied in.
