Since 1997, Sonic Area (aka Arco Trauma) is a french electronic monocephale project, influenced by Scorn, Autechre, Hint, Enio Moricone and all suicide lullabies wich mixes electro hybrid experimental, cinematic orchestral atmospheres, dirty abstract hip-hop, tribal industrial techno-punk, brutal wall of sounds, hard-glitch breaks and lush ambient soundscapes. Disturbing, unexpectable and sometimes hard to describe, it's darkly intoxicated. Imagine yourself sleeping in a lost factory built over sacred Indian burial grounds. Sonic Area is involved in the european underground scene (music, live, mastering, mixing, remixing, visuals and organising…) and performs live show and dj set all over the world (France, Germany, UK, Italy, Bielorussia, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Canada, USA, Switzerland..)

Daidal is a musical project coming from the meeting of four musicians with heteroclite musical backgrounds leaning on an electronic rhythmic base coupled with a combination of computer/instruments, using effects and real-time loops, opening new musical perspectives.
The idea is to propose a combinatory aesthetic, an uninterrupted live "mix " which evolves freely from an "atmosphere" to an other in a fluid way. Improvisation holds of course an important place supported in place by architectural structures.
Daidal is a reference to the famous architect Daedalus (Daídalos in Greek), the one who created the labyrinth, jail of the Minotaure. The test of maze is an initiatory search, resulting in a new birth.

She has experienced something more powerful, as she tells it, than defining common ground — and this has lessons for other issues in our common life and our struggles with people with whom we disagree the most.
