Crates - Backgammon

I created this piece in my room where I create most of my art and I wanted it to feel like an oasis of colors. Making music with drums and percussion being the driving force has been something I not only like listening to but I utilize to give the listener the brush to paint their own picture. I encourage the listener to be held by rhythmic and harmonic journeys. Making this track has also taught me to enjoy the moment and to be present as opposed to dwelling in the past or submerged in the future.

Oldies 4 Sundays Vol. 4

Made this beat using a lot of my gear, drums from the elektron model samples/model cycles, strings/arp from the arturia microfreak, main chords/bass/leads from the roland S-1. Everything recorded into/arranged in ableton. 

Ran the equiptment through various FX/pedals, the eventide H-9, roland SP-404, boss DD500, FMR RNC, & elektron analog heat.
