Flo adhère très jeune à la culture techno 
À 7 ans, il écoute sa première k7 d’acid-house qui impulse sa passion pour la musique électronique 
Il prendra ensuite les platines pour créer, avec une bande de potes, le sound system T.lesco.P. On est en 1999

Il commencera par faire ses armes en free party avec un répertoire Tribe
Il s’ouvrira par la suite à d’autres styles allant des sonorités les plus hard aux beat les plus groovy, jouant dans des clubs et festivals en France, mais aussi dans d’autres pays ( République tchèque, Espagne, Portugal, Mexique, Cambodge..) 
Ces voyages l’influencent dans sa musique tout en restant imprégné du milieu underground

Il passera plusieurs hivers en tant que résident dans des clubs en Savoie 
(Souris verte, Saloon , Luna bar, Showtime) 

Son style percutant et sa motivation aux platines lui permettent de transmettre son énergie au dancefloor 

Flo T.lesco.P prend part à différents projets avec symbol et le fercle et intégrera le label NCTRN records en 2019

En 2021, il se tourne à nouveau vers la production
