Bio :

Reveillon is a project formed by Dist and Gestalt. It began in 2017 in hand with their label “Gomboc Records”. The duo is all about techno and presents itself in Live or Hybrid format using modular synths combined with drum machines. Their oldest influences comes from the Birmingham sound (Surgeon, Regis, Female) and their newest from new forms of techno much like drone experimental impulsed by labels like Northern Electronics but also Audio Assault from Rotterdam.

Märked Series 022 Incident Prism

Delivering the mix for the eighth Spotlight is the young and talented Dutch producer Achiever.

Being a hip-hop head before getting in touch with techno, Achiever took his first steps with producing after visiting a club night in BASIS. Inspired by that night's electronics, he started producing and whipped up his first track 5 months after. A track (UVB-76) that's now being played by the likes of Rebekah a year after production.

His inspiration can be found in different layers of the environment. From sounds heard in series, movies and music to sounds that can be found in nature. These  are sampled in his productions. His sound is regularly be defined as industrial, with an occasional taste of some 90's vibes.

His latest release will be featured on a VA on Noneoftheabove's label @theaboverecords.  But for now, enjoy Achiever's mix (inspired by the 90's) for the Spotlight-series.
