Tanggal 22 januari 2014 Tulus merilis single baru yang berjudul “Baru”. Lagu “Baru” ini merupakan single ke-2 untuk album terbarunya yang akan dirilis bulan Februari 2014 mendatang.

“Baru” menyambungkan single “Sepatu” yang sudah dilepas ke publik dengan respon yang positif. Lagu ini ditulis oleh Tulus pada tahun 2013 dengan bantuan Ferry Nurhayat, sahabat sekaligus rekan bermusiknya. Selain itu, nama Ari Renaldi muncul kembali di album barunya Tulus mendatang sebagai produser. Album terbaru Tulus ini diberi judul, Gajah.

Gajah adalah panggilan Tulus ketika kecil, maka dengan ilustrasi nama Gajah di album barunya ini, Tulus ingin berbagi cerita yang lebih beragam kepada para pendengarnya.

Cerita-cerita tersebut dikemas dengan eksplorasi instrumen bernuansa baru, dan tentu saja olah vokal Tulus. Selain “Baru”, Tulus juga berbagi beberapa judul lagu yang akan tampil di album Gajah, seperti lagu yang berjudul “Tanggal Merah”, “Satu Hari di Bulan Juni” hingga “Bumerang”.

Menjelang perilisan album Gajah, mari kita simak cuplikan single terbaru Tulus yang berjudul “Baru”.
