His musical world revolves around hypnotic pulses, deep textures, broken rhythms, abstract soundscapes, sci-fi moods, and ambient depths.
Each set unfolds like a ritual — from stripped-down minimalism to dense tribalism. Through rhythm, drums, and basslines, he tells stories. Unmoved by trends, he channels the timeless energy of electronic music in all its eras and mutations.

Franco Rossi is a DJ and producer born in Córdoba, Argentina, and currently based in Barcelona, Spain. He is a resident at TERRAFURIA (CBA) and NOIZER (BCN).

His sound explores the raw, deep, and hypnotic sides of techno, driven by fast-paced grooves and immersive atmospheres.

Over the years, he has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Richie Hawtin, DVS1, Setaoc Mass, KR!Z, Zadig, Matrixxman, among others.
His releases have appeared on respected labels including Soma Records, Room Trax, KYSH, and Xelima Records.

Franco’s work has received support from influential figures like DVS1, Richie Hawtin, MARRØN, Setaoc Mass, Nodrex, and Justine Perry, and has resonated in iconic venues such as Berghain, Bassiani, FOLD, Printworks, and Awakenings, to name a few.

Each track on Codes unfolds like a signal intercepted from a forgotten network, minimal yet heavy, detailed yet stark. Init1’s sound is surgical and gritty, operating in a space between dub techno, warehouse techno, and industrial ambient. It’s music that feels both ancient and futuristic, like a bootleg of tomorrow’s past.

Also known as the "dancing-lady orchid," Oncidium is a flower similar to the Elata one. For us, it will represent the first dance, the first steps, the beginning of a longer dance.
