TWR72 is back with a full new story starring Lucid as the lead. Lucid dropped out of space on a world called planet earth. It's luminous and vivid appearance were instantly clear. At first Lucid was a bit reserved but during it's first steps it opened up and showed some colorful emotions and hints of it's personality. With detailed patterns of communication Lucid tried to find a way through this new world. Erudite, which was already for a more prolonged time on planet earth, picked up the incomprehensible code from Lucid and reproduced it into a solid and clever message. Erudite was keen enough to think of a way to communicate back with Lucid as it noticed Lucid needed help. But it needed someone else to bring the message to Lucid. So Erudite asked help from Colloquial who could easily transcript the message back to Lucid. Colloquial used different types of frequencies to connect to Lucid, but it wasn't that easy. Lucid already travelled further and was hard to reach. Therefor Colloquial tried to use heavier elements to make a more solid composition. Unfortunately not only positive things arrived from space. Aporia was a rather negative influence which disturbed the link between Colloquial and Lucid. Aporia tried to force the communication by continuously changing the elements of the message. But it wasn't all that bad, because at the end Aporia brought the two important elements of the message together.

A new talent is added to our roster, this time the argentinian Alderaan, after several releases in labels such as Animal farm, Mindtrip, Planet Rhythm and our very own Aine.

He offers five slices of modern techno, heavy percussive based but whit a lot of intelligent elements inside. 

First cut is Ancient Particles, multiple drum layers, heavy reverberation and obsessive sequences as sound palette. 

Parallax follows in the same style but adding more drone action and bell like lines in a clever arrangement. 

Oscar Mulero remixes Retina getting rid of the textures and focusing in rhythm and repetition in a minimalistic remake.

Retina is a cosmic exercise, with galactic resonant bleeps, atmospheres and ambiental components in a dreamy structure.

No quarter returns to percussive territories, again with drones and atmospheres floating over the beat in an hypnotic travel thru deepness.

Timeless techno for the mind and for the body, soul as a weapon.

Lighting up the path towards trance-like daze and introspection, MSDMNR’s unapologetically raw and powerful blends have been supplying the most quality- driven channels ever since he's made his first steps into the game. Hot on the heels of his recent ‘Emergency’ EP for 30D Records, Miro strikes again with his newest solo effort, ‘Galaxy Warning’ - a quintet of laser-guided depth charges aimed at lifting you off to farther, stranger spheres and dimensions with a wave of glossed- up 909 kicks, spooky synth ostinatos and supple-kneed acid squelch.

Going in thick and fast, the title-track ‘Galaxy Warning’ punches in with a tuff’n’gritty melange of angular rhythm, octave-shifting cascades of distorted chimes and all-out bursts of percussive frenzy. Eerie to the core, MSDMNR’s sound dwells the grey-zone betwixt dubbed-out industrial and subaquatic 4/4 abstraction, which this EP invites us to explore under a new light. More straightforward an affair but equally jacking, ‘Inflator’ reels out automated sequences of gridlocked shuffle and hypnotising sonar-like machine talk - as emulated in the mind-bending ‘Analysis No.3’, tailored to whip up madness amongst the ravers with its never-ending tides of intertwined bleepin’ and bloopin’ chords and ominous drones straight out the ocean's darkest layers.

A true scorcher from the deep, ’Second Signal’ cranks up the heat a notch further with its abrasive batucada of steely drums, red-hot pistons waltz and binary organ melody. Quite clearly the most out-there dance floor-destroyer of the bunch, this one’s got warehouse tremor-inducer written all over it, and is sure to subjugate up to the most unwilling party head it may cross paths with. Topping things off on a weirder, more off-piste kind of experimental note, ‘Empirical’ finds MSDMNR at his most daring and inspiringly venturesome as he serves up a wild spiral of encrypted synth semantics, randomised rhythmic stunts and echo-chamber micro- sonic observation by way of gourmet afters.

A career-defining moment for the now London-based artist, the ten-track Spherical opus marks Ian Axide’s most extensive and innovative body of work to date and pertinently showcases the inexhaustible creativity of one of the most prolific acts in underground techno right now. 

Known for his highly experimental soundscapes and hard-hitting atmospheres, Ian’s uniquely underground treatment across the entirety of "Spherical" is both wonderfully dark and hypnotic, whilst maintaining the impressive quality of engaging the listener from the very start. Complete with incredible complexity, energy and intricacy across its ten-track duration, Ian capitalises on his innate ability to draw you into a dark, industrial construct, as he explores a remarkable array of timbres from across the techno spectrum.
