Matty Boy, a native of Contra Costa County, California, experienced a turbulent upbringing that led him into the criminal underworld. Raised by parents affiliated with the notorious Hells Angels and California prison gangs, he quickly found himself immersed in a life of crime, becoming a major player in the methamphetamine trade and founder of the street gang FAIM (Family Affiliated Irish Mafia). However, his criminal activities eventually landed him in federal court, facing the possibility of a life sentence.

Following his release from prison, Matty Boy embarked on a mission to turn his life around, dedicating the past six years to his true passion: music. OG Marshall also known as OG Assailant, Is a South African songwriter, composer and musician. He is one of the leading producers and a founding member of the remaining Marshall Gang and Marshall Gang Beats members , a Hip-Hop and Trap group that is mostly popular in South Africa from 2014-present time. OG Marshall is known for his distinctive Instrumentals and songwriting skills, as he composed many of the Gang's hit instrumentals. After the some of the main Marshall Gang members passed on and some disbanded , OG Marshall remains as the only member left and continues to make music to uplift the spirit of the late members and to keep the legacy alive.
