Born in the city of madness Berlin, the multimedia artist and DJ Black Lotus steps up from being a secret hint for extatic and rough DJ sets in the local scene and enters the world of recorded music. 

After playing many Berlin underground clubs like Griessmühle, KitKat or Suicide Circus she finally makes her debut release on FLASH Recordings with three tripping, parahypnotic and clearly floor oriented Techno tracks as well as a hard hitting remix by the label-head Florian Meindl.

Avgusto presents us 3 massively driven originals, perfect for the peaktime.

Twelve seasons. We started in 2007 and frankly, neither Wouter nor Psytox could've predicted where this would lead us. The initial goal was to offer a platform to unknown artists and it was a true experience to see some of the early artists grow into properly established artists. Highlighting a few would not do the others credit, but we hope browsing our back catalog will show you that we did release quite some cool stuff in those 120 or so EPs, albums and compilations. 

We hope you enjoyed the twelve years you spent with us. We did. We loved seeing dozens of our t-shirts on Tomorrowland, Kompass and many other raves worldwide. We had a blast when Charlotte de Witte showed off her #thekidswantpropertechno sweater to her audience, and were thankful to Amelie Lens for helping us time and time again behind the scenes. We fell in love with Rebekah's sharp mind and endless insightful peptalks. We were so proud to call Insolate our sister. We thank truncate, Developer, Tom Hades, Tom Dazing, Jeroen Search, Marcel Fengler, Dj Rush, Patrick DSP and so many others who often became close friends over the years. 
And also the countless artists who regularly gave us feedback, like Laurent Garnier, I Hate Models, Ben Sims or one of the most consistent of all: Slam. 

But all stories come to an end, and this story ends with this compilation. For the last time we've compiled the best of the past year for you all. Our biggest hit in label history opens the album (Remy-X) and from then on it's a pretty impressive selection of superb Techno from beginning till end. 

On top of it, we've incuded three exclusive, not released before tracks. One is from our youngest family member and Holland's finest Amekmar, the second one from Rave Syndicate (USA) and the final rave is a classic provided to us by our mate Ruffneck Prime, who pulled Psytox' favorite rave classic ever from his vault. Overmind!

Until we meet again, Coincidence family. You will never be forgotten.

The assembly line was a game-changing invention and introduced the monoton rhythm of machines. Its influence on Techno music is more than obvious and gave the opening track of this record its name.

Transistor was recorded during a LIVE show of Florian Meindl in Hannover Germany 2019.

The B-side features the epic track "Incal" named after a comic of Moebius.

Florian Meindl is a multi-talented and multi-faceted artist, who is renowned for his technical
prowess.
Producing for over fourteen years, Florian has become known for his deep, grooving powerful
techno. His productions are characterised by his love of analog, which represent his true signature
sound.
2006 saw the inception of Florian’s label FLASH Recordings. The label showcases Florian’s musical
vision, reflects his taste and gives him tracks for his DJ Mixes. A platform for artists that Florian
likes, FLASH has had over 130 releases already including tracks from Heron, Electric Rescue, Jamie
Anderson, Alignment, Hans Bouffmyhre & Avgusto.
In May 2015 Florian released his second solo album ‘Collide’ to critical acclaim. The album was
clearly influenced by Florian’s transition from producing almost entirely digitally for thirteen years
to recording mainly analog jamming sessions and editing the end results after on the computer. The
technical aspect is integral to Florian’s musical journey that he takes the listener on. His talent lies
in enabling the machines to speak and groove, to connect with them and create sounds and
patterns.
In addition to solo releases and numerous collaborations with international artists, and remixing the
likes of Hot Chip & Royksopp, Florian is busy with his sound design brand Riemann Kollektion and
Riemann Modular which is his new studio gear company specializing in Eurorack Modules.
As a DJ, live performer, studio producer and sound designer, Florian has over the years established
an impressive producing base for himself in his Berlin based Riverside Studio complex with an
exciting hardware set up including Modular Systems, an analog mixing desk as well as classic
machines like Roland 909.
After fourteen years of international performances and production, Florian has developed a special
connection with his analog equipment, letting them speak for him in music where words just aren’t
possible. His third album will be released in February 2017 in combination with a worldwide full
analog live act tour.
