Marco Rippler ! Techno Producer/Remixer/DJ/ My life and my first contact with music began in Berlin. Bands like Mode Selector , or Technotronic influenced my growing dependence on electronic music. Early on I had a growing desire to go to parties to techno parties , and to celebrate . DJs such as Jeff Mills, Chris Liebing , Sven Väth, and Torsten Kanzler took me under her spell. So the madness began . I have to put Reloop RP 1000 with belt drive turntables and a mixer the foundation. The weekend consisted of parties and between I conducted hour mix sessions on my record player at home . I had about 5-10 friends at this time were all subjected to this marathon is in my apartment.

Another cornerstone of my career Torsten Kanzler and his label TK Records , Killaz & Error Records came into my life , from there it went ahead and correct my options were given in Tresor Berlin Club , at Nature One , Summer Spirit , Kazantip , Area61 , Metronome Club Berlin , and in many more clubs to play. My fan base grew and grew ....

No accurate depiction of electronic music culture would be complete without special mention of Deborah De Luca. Widely acknowledged as one of the most prominent flag-bearers for Techno globally and a regular fixture inside the world’s most distinguished DJ booths, Deborah has the unique ability to transfix crowds with her electrically charged, technically nuanced sets, fusing hard techno with minimal grooves and melodic soundscapes to absorbing effect. A pioneer in the use of social networks as a promotional tool, whilst somehow managing to retain a strong sense of discretion in her private life, Deborah is unrivalled in her determination and passion, earning every part of her current status as one of the most exciting talents to emerge from the international Techno scene over the past decade.
Born under the shade of the infamous Vele di Scampia – one of the toughest districts in Naples – the now-globally recognised DJ, producer and label head came from humble beginnings, forging her path to international success against unlikely odds. However this was to become her making. “You shouldn’t let anybody tell you what you can or can’t become”, she expounded in a rare interview, referencing her early livelihood as a nightclub dancer. “It’s true, in recent years I have gained popularity, but I am very grateful for the long journey it’s taken”. More than anything else, Deborah’s roots and her unwavering ethic are an integral part of the flourishing artist we see before us today.
Deborah spent the formative years of her musical career in Northern Italy, following a brief stint at fashion school in Modena. Cutting her teeth on the European club circuit, where she quickly realised music was her true calling, Deborah’s hard work and relentless determination eventually began to pay off and in 2013 she launched her very own imprint Sola_mente Records. Created as a platform by which to release her own music, free from creative pressure and external constraints, the label went from strength to strength and in November 2018, Deborah marked a decade-long career in the industry with the critically acclaimed release of her debut album ‘Ten’. A huge milestone for the Italian producer, ‘Ten’ represented an important rite of passage and a body of work that she would cherish indefinitely.

Being one of the most in-demand Techno DJs of our times, Ben Klock needs little introduction. His name has been closely associated with Berlin’s legendary club Berghain since 2005. His monthly residency has formed the backdrop to his international success, providing an invaluable platform for his ability to create a room rather than just play to it.

Much of his early career was marked by marathon sets – a signature that played a considerable role in nurturing his skills and reputation – but even the more compressed sets he shares today evidence an intricate narrative and sense of flow that defines him as a DJ. It was these inherent abilities that led him to compile the fabric 66 compilation in 2012, before winning the BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix of the Year award in 2015.

His releases on Ostgut Ton have become landmarks in the imprint’s history. 2009’s “Dawning”, the first of his collaborations with Marcel Dettmann kickstarted the label itself and remains a stand-out track in its discography. Another release of particular note is the Before One EP including “Subzero”, which many techno lovers still refer to as their gateway track into the whole genre itself. For many, however, it is his album One (2009) that best captures Klock’s talents as a producer. His skills as a remixer have also seen him rework tracks by a wide variety of artists, including Kerri Chandler, Depeche Mode, Robert Hood and Kenny Larkin.

Additionally, Klock curates with great passion his own label Klockworks, founded in 2006. With releases from DVS1, Stef Mendesidis, The Advent, Sterac, Etapp Kyle, Temudo and many more Klockworks became a synonym for unique, high quality Techno.

In 2017 Ben started his own event series PHOTON which is a unique concept show that blends light, architecture and music. Since then he toured PHOTON at special venues in major cities around the world such as Printworks (London), Gashouder (Amsterdam), Arca (Sao Paolo), to name a few. It quickly became a new standard for audio visual electronic music events. In 2023 the project returns after a pandemic induced break with a brand new visual and artistic concept.

Marcel Cousteau, DJ and producer from Dresden, born in Freiberg in 1981, had his first experiences with electronic music at the age of just three. As a child, he listened to songs by the ‘Neue Deutsche Welle’ and the German electro band Kraftwerk. At the age of ten, he was influenced by a new sound called Chicago House and Detroit Techno... He experienced his first techno event a little later at the age of 15. This was to be the starting signal for his own DJ career, which began in 1999. Marcel played regionally at various smaller techno events and in the early 2000s was given the opportunity to gain experience as a resident alongside Justus and Rockey at the Dancefactory and later at Mellys in Dresden. In 2003 he started to produce his own music, which led to his first release (Pille 01 / Wir tanzen im Viereck) in 2005. This was followed by further releases in the hard techno sector on well-known labels such as Crowbar, Inflicted, Abstract, Naked Lunch etc. Some of his tracks have also been released on various mix CDs and CD compilations. Marcel has already played in well-known clubs and festivals around the globe. These have included the following venues: Tresor (Berlin), U60311 (Frankfurt), Fabrik (Madrid), La Cova (Barcelona), Clash Club (São Paulo), Butan (Wuppertal), Industrial Copera (Granada), Nature One (Kastellaun Hunsrück) and many more. Marcel is currently working on new releases in the field of raw deep hypnotic techno. His sound can be described as hard, dirty, spherical and melancholic.

Seit nunmehr 20 Jahren wird für ordentlich Strezz in den Deutschen Clubs &amp; Locations gesorgt. Zu den deutschlandweit bekanntesten Rowdy’s mit dem Gütesiegel “Strezzkidz” zählen sich keine geringeren als Cheapex, Extaso, EntzugszKlinique, Maytrixx, ScubaPro & CZ Kind uvm. !
Doch konzentriert sich diese Idee “Made in Magdeburg” natürlich nicht nur auf diese Ausnahme Acts, nein, vorallem in den Clubs in Deutschland sorgen die Strezzmaker für ordentlich Dampf hinter den DJ-Pulten. Damit ist und bleibt Strezzkidz die Nummer #1 in Sachen Hardtekk!
