Three B Flat Clarinets and a Beast of a Bass! This clarinet quartet was written originally for four bass clarinets but in this form provides a ‘groovy’ addition to the standard clarinet quartet repertoire. It has been enjoyed in quartet performances by players and audiences alike and is a great work-out for the bass clarinetist. I love Alfie. Everything about him. He's one of my favorite non-rail characters from Thomas as a whole. Oh and his theme is awesome too. It's a fun Irish sounding tune that I've been meaning to do for a while, especially since I've had all the right sounds for years now. Here it is, I hope you all enjoy!
