Mantist is a African Australian's producer, hip-hop/spoken word performer. Mantist has studied sound and film at SAE/Qantm College Brisbane, Australia in 2011. 
In 2007, Mantist has formed a hip-hop crew called No Pain No Gain (NPNG) Crew with rapper (G-Gay) whom Mantist has met in a Taekwondo classes. 
The two rappers have performed together from 2007 to early 2009 until G-Jay moved to a different state due to personal circumstances. 
Mantist continue as a solo artist and has released his first EP album “Out of Poverty into the Glory” toward the end of 2009, which consist of 10 tracks. 
The EP album sold 1000 printed copies and 350 digital sales in the first year. 
The productions of the album were fully funded by Access Arts. 
In the beginning of 2011, Mantist has formed forces with his fellow South Sudanese Australian and long time friend, Bolo. 
The two Brisbane based rappers began writing songs together and performing frequently throughout Brisbane. 
Their live shows have been describes as energetic, funky and fresh. 
They have stated in an interview that, they’re largely influence by Nas, Shaggy and Busta Rhymes. 
The boys have performed in some of the most celebrated festivals in Brisbane such as Brisbane Festival, Zillmere Multicultural festival and they have headlined in World Refugee day with an audience of more than 13 000. They have received impressive media and editorial coverage in the following publications: The Courier Mail, MX, City News, Scene magazine, The Chronicle, etc. Furthermore radio stations such as SBS radio, ABC Coast FM, Toowoomba City 87.6 FM, 4KW radio and 4ZZZ have played their music and conducted on-air interviews with them.

Jonathan Luis Rodriguez, better known as “JR”. JR been singing and dancing since he was 12 years old. He is dedicated and highly motivated to reach his goals as a SUPERartist icon has done many local performances including a special performance at Club Felton where he released his local hit and first video,“The Good Die Young” at the age of only 15. JR also was in a youth competition in Spain in 2009 where he came in 3rd place out of 40 contestants! Now at 20 years old he is working on a highly anticipated album. Has hosted on a TV show called “D2XX” and was a solo artist on D2XX theme song, “Partystarters”. Recently wrote a song that went “viral” on Reverbation, speaking about “gang violence”; the name of the song is entitled “What if it was You”.
