Often convinced he is always one of the smartest men in the room, emcee/producer/engineer/songwriter Flowman is simultaneously a man with a chip on his shoulder.

Armed with a distinct vocal delivery and and energetic cadence, Flowman always surprises audiences with the sheer breadth of his musical skill. Often lauded for his technical abilities as a recording and mix engineer, many find themselves taken for a loop when he steps behind the mic. Whether spitting rhymes or penning and singing lush, layered hooks, Flowman seeks to shatter the mold of what makes an entertainer in the 21st Century.

Bursting onto the scene with 2008′s The Re-Invention, Flowman leveraged the power of the Internet to reach fans across the globe using social media. Featuring underground stalwarts such as Ness Lee & Synister Soundz and featured on several blogs, podcasts, and other music-related media outlets, The Re-Invention serves as his most popular album to date.

With Next Day Delivery, Flowman upped the ante, showcasing his songwriting skills with the popular singles “I’m On It” and “All I Know” which circulated on college radio stations nationwide. With two solid studio albums under his belt, Flowman began building a team around himself, assembling the So Independent Media Company as an independent label in 2010. Starting in 2012, Flowman began work on a multitude of projects, assisting his partners Cyren, 2 Piece, and Lyzation in putting together their projects as a recording engineer and vocal producer. Throughout 2012 and 2013, Flowman and the rest of the newly-dubbed “So Independent Klick (S.I.K.)” began to make a name for themselves in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

After a four year hiatus from releasing solo material, he returned in 2014 with the thematically-titled Legion: The Rise of the Primarch. On Legion, Flowman assembled a literal legion of collaborators in both emcees and producers, showing the true breadth of his musical skill. Featuring the anthemic “Hundred Years”, the bombastic “Smoke A Sack”, and the spacey “Level Up”, Flowman weaves elements of Southern hip-hop, East Coast boom-bap, electronica, trap, and rock & roll into his musical repertoire.

Never the one to rest on his laurels, Flowman stands poised, more confident than ever that he can shatter the mold of conventional hip-hop/urban music and take his place among the elite. Influenced by a vast array of entertainers, Flowman refuses to be pigeon-holed as “just another rapper.” He is far more than what he appears to be: A rare talent, visionary, the primarch of a new generation of music.

Joseph Andrews Jr. d.b.a. “N-Sight” and “Too-Sweet” is a native of Houston, Texas. His outgoing personality is exhibited through his music. He writes and produces his own songs and unique style of music. His words bring revelation and insight, not only God’s word, but also about current events happening in society today. 

For a brief look into the life of “N-Sight”; he started writing poetry while in Jr. High School, which sparked his interest in rap music. During his high school years, N-Sight performed at local basketball and football games, tennis courts, school dances, and talent shows. In 1986, while with a manager, his group the “Beat Box Boys” was the opening act for Doug-E-Fresh at the Ultimate Rhinestone Wrangler in Houston, Texas. In 1988, at the request of his art teacher, N-Sight entered a Ch. 11 sponsored citywide competition called, “Stop the Madness” which was a publicity campaign against doing drugs. Thinking he had a slim chance to win, they entered and won the grand prize, which was a 30-second rap (PSA) on Channel 11 News in Houston, Texas. 

In 1998, God called N-Sight to awareness and gospel rap. During this time in N-Sight’s life he began an extensive road tour with local and out of town production companies and logged his performances in Texas, St. Louis, and Georgia. N-Sight relocated to St. Louis, MO in 2003, where his new gospel inspiration from the Holy Spirit gave new birth to a new sound and vision in his style and music. He co-produced, a gospel cd titled “The Krunk Project” that showcased his style of gospel raps and featured various artists on several tracks. After producing that cd, God gave N-Sight the inspiration to produce a different type of cd in order to bring awareness and understanding about the various diseases and syndromes that are affecting society today. During this time, he reached out to many government, national, state, and local health organizations, received the requested statistics and facts about the corresponding ailments and in 2005 / 2006, the “Awareness I” project was born. His Group, the JCC's, solely performed at awareness events with the state clinic in St. Louis, MO called Delmar Health Centers. 

In January of 2007, God told N-Sight to moved to Georgia and  immediately started impacting the lives of people in Atlanta. He has been featured in a publication in Douglasville, GA, called the “Chapel Hill News and Views”, July 2007 issue, that circulates to thousands of people in that local area. 

N-Sight moved to Dallas Texas in November of 2007, and he currently has completed four new cd albums ready for production. The “Awareness II” project features new diseases and syndrome songs such as: Prostate Cancer, Peer Pressure, Lou Gehrigs Disease, M.A.D.D and Obesity, just to name a few.  The “Societys Ylls” project features songs that deal with our society as a whole with songs such as: Hell, Addicted, and Dead Beat Dads. The “Texas Holdin’em” project is a artistic compilation of songs that has nice groove beats with songs like: Texas, Ladies, Whats Up, and Fried Chicken & Eggs. And the last album completed is a solo gospel cd titled, “Immortalized” with songs such as: Immortalized, THUG (Temple Housed Under God), The Battle, and Holy War.

N-Sight now plans to get his messages to the healthcare industry. He is an independent artist looking to get the messages of his raps to every person in the world. He is hoping the music industry professionals will give an ear to his message and lend a hand to help accomplish this vision. In his own words, “If the people are looking for a rapper with a message - let them look no further!”
