The album: Ancient Cats of Egypt
The mystic stories of the cats of old hailing from Egypt

Here's one of my new tracks that are featured on my collab album with @timeaway, portraying several of the ancient feline Gods of Egypt. Enjoy!

Bastet was worshipped in Bubastis in Lower Egypt, originally as a lioness goddess, a role shared by other deities such as Sekhmet. Eventually Bastet and Sekhmet were characterized as two aspects of the same goddess, with Sekhmet representing the powerful warrior and protector aspect and Bastet, who increasingly was depicted as a cat, representing a gentler aspect.

This track was recorded in AUM and used apps such as Sunrizer and Hilman, The melodies came from Fugue Machine. Effects used were Nembrini Analog Rack Delay and Nembrini Delay3000.

Andrea Cecon's peaceful haiku led me to this improvisation (in D Dorian - yes, it's probably my favourite mode). Played on LABS (by Spitfire): Soft Piano VST. Recorded and mixed in Reaper, with added effects: Valhalla Shimmer and Valhalla FreqEcho. Mastered with CloudBounce.

My music is freely improvised, usually on VST synthesizers, sometimes fretless bass, guitar, occasionally electric viola or cello, with a variety of effects pedals. Solo music is performed live and recorded as 'FlownBlue'.  I am also in four improvising duos: 'Windfall Light' (with Jim Tetlow), 'Abstract Blue' (with Kevin Buckland), 'Light Fragments' (with Steve Escott), and Szukanie (with Michał Wojciechowski).
