Remember, this was a Song Contest, not a Rap Contest (if you're looking for that scroll to the bottom of this email), so while J Faith always impresses us with his rap talent, what really won over the judges was his complete song concept and execution.

A good song needs to draw you in, have a strong message, paint a compelling picture.

And of course it helps when it has a catchy hook too!

J Faith delivered that and then some - but of course all emcees in the Top 10 created truly excellent songs.

All winners will be contacted to collect information for our prize distributions in the coming days. 💰

Congrats also to all the veteran and newcomer artists that took part in the Anno Domini Song Contest 2022, many would have been a worthy addition to our Hall of Fame. 💪

Honestly it's been a CRAZY few days listening through many incredible submissions (especially after coming down with covid - and again apologies for the big delay in results).

I'm always incredibly proud and grateful for this artist community we've built together here!

Even if you did not place in the Top 10 this time, just know that so many artists were very close and in many cases just missed out.
