The 64th edition of Future Memory is my first mix back after a busy few months! I hope you all enjoy this one!

Hey everybody! We are really proud and happy to share this mix at the end of a big year that was 2022!

The year has felt like many years in many ways with the rollercoaster of challenges as well as highs.
Musically we were able to travel and build and expand our Meanwhile brand, and amongst that find new inspiration for the music we love.

Our intention is always to connect with the cosmic within us to be the bridge to manifest the sound that comes through us.

With that in mind, we wanted to bring forward a deep and introspective journey for this mix that reflected and resonated with our path as both artists and music lovers.

We really wanted to do something different; our intention and feeling was to create something timeless that listeners will want to keep coming back to… a listening experience more than a pure dancefloor set.
Most of our mixes these days being label owners and producers contain a lot of the freshest music we have access to which is always exciting, but for this we wanted more of a journey over a wider span of time and to present a flow that remains deep and reflective, with timeless tunes that fit no matter when or where they were written.

Of course there is some fresh stuff there from our labels and ourselves, as well as a few edits we have made especially for this mix.

We hope you all enjoy this journey; we poured our heart and soul into it and we are honoured to share this as the last 333 mix for the year that was 2022.

TNH Radio on SiriusXM Chill - Robby East (Guest Mix)

Lenz is an electronic duo formed by Irish DJ & producer (DJ Joma) and German vocalist, songwriter (Moon Aton). Working together since 2020, they have enjoyed several successful releases to date on labels such as Colour & Pitch, Personal Belongings, 3Bridge Records, Nordic Voyage Recordings, M-Sol Records, Suprematic Recordings, Nicksher Music and Be Adult Music (Ibiza). With a string of releases already scheduled for 2022, it promises to be a bright future for Lenz.

Their monthly 'Night Whisper' Podcast show seemed like the natural progression of what they have been doing, and thanks to the help of radio stations like Pure Ibiza Radio, Ibiza Global Radio, Bloop Radio London, Boogie Bunker Radio (Tenerife), Estacion Ibiza Radio, Data Transmission Radio, Radio Zoom (Berlin), Graffiti Kings (London) and Like That Underground (Germany), it has developed brilliantly, and helped bring the Lenz sound to all corners of the world.

Lenz – 'Night Whisper' w/ DJ Joma & Moon Aton - 28.01.23

In my humble opinion, this might be one of my favourite episodes of the last few months! It also includes some new music I've been working on lately. I'm very proud of how it all turned out! Writing this last part, I had the overwhelming urge to delete it right away. It's interesting how difficult it is to publicly say you're proud of something and mean it, without getting the feeling of being pretentious. It sometimes feels like we are only supposed to focus on the things we can do better to grow and improve, leading to us to lose sight of what we're actually achieving in the process. I know I always do. It's such a calming and liberating feeling to say you're truly proud of something. Hope you find the space to feel proud of your achievements, even if it's of the tiniest thing. Nowadays, finding a good full-length album is challenging, which is a real shame. For decades, the LP was a beacon of artistic intention, but streaming platforms like Spotify have reshaped the way music listeners engage with music. To hold attention, it needs to stand out. It needs dynamics. Thankfully, 'Nostalgia,' the new Alex O'Rion full-length, does just that. We had an illuminating conversation with the producer about what makes this album such an essential listen.

Martin Fredes Warm Up Set for Hernan Cattaneo b2b Nick Warren - ADE 2024 @Watt

June 2024 marked my first all-night-long set of the year at Stereo, and what an unforgettable journey it was. For some reason, I decided to hit record that night….something I rarely do and it turned out to be the perfect capture of everything an all-night-long set should embody. Playing for a full 10 hours in a packed room was nothing short of magical.  I began the night with delicate ambient sounds, slowly building layer by layer. As the hours passed, the music evolved from soothing atmospheres to hypnotic grooves and high-energy peaks. The progressive flow carried us all the way to the final track, a culmination of hours of shared intensity and joy. Theres something incredibly special about creating a set from start to finish, telling a story that captures every emotion along the way.  Stereo is more than just a venue it’s my sanctuary of sound, a place where magic happens and where we all become one. The energy, love, and connection on the dancefloor were palpable, turning the night into an unforgettable experience. And recording the set was a stroke of luck as it captured not only the music but the crowd’s incredible reactions: the chants, the screams, the claps, the raw energy of the Stereoheads.  I feel so lucky to have this long-standing residency and to receive so much love from the Stereo family. Nights like this remind me why I fell in love with this craft. To everyone who shared the dancefloor with me that night, thank you for making it so special. And to those listening to the recording, I hope it takes you back to that magic 10 hours. One journey. One family. One Love. One Home. 💫
