Kotu have released a beautiful track on our latest VA, and it was a no brainer to invite them to the Podcast Series. 

Here is what they have to say about this episode:

"We recorded our podcast outside, in the sun, at a close friends palace in the countryside. We wanted to go on quite a trip, so we ended up with over 3 hours, which is the longest podcast we’ve ever made. We’ve been excited to put this mix together for a while and show off some of the new music that is being released on our home labels, Oleeva Records, and Nie Wieder Schlafen as well a few of our own unreleased productions. So we have included about 20 unreleased records in there and we looking forward to seeing what people think. Peace and love, Enjoy! "

As we have delved into music the past weekend, we couldn't resist but to post another gem from The Monastery. Years before the start of The Gardens of Babylon, Audiofly, their music and events have inspired us in so many ways.

Both pioneers in our sound and industry joined us for our first festival and it turned out to be one of the few sets we stayed and listened from beginning to end. 

There's magic to be found in the creation of two musicians.. 
There's always magic in the creation of Audiofly.

Hello everyone, I'm Francesco Mami,
Special greetings to my family and friends with a capital F.
I would like to dedicate this set to all the artists who struggle every day to support themselves through making art. 
Also, to those who juggle two jobs and do not sleep at night trying to fix that snare drum that still ends up sounding like garbage.
Last but not least, I would like to dedicate it to those who have no choice but to keep up appearances on social media when times are tough; to those who make music without the intention of throwing it in your face and those yet to be born.
Witnessing the sunrise above me while playing from Robot Heart Bus, filled me with honour and the sensation that this was the end of the Frankie that we all knew and the beginning of the man I have always aspired to be.

My friends at Flow Music asked me to put together a mix and I was honoured yet challenged by the idea. For me my music is about time and place and while in lockdown with time taking on new meaning and no where for most of us to be I found myself lost in music.  I spent some time pondering this set and ended up following my feelings and putting together a set of emotional music to reflect the time and space our collective minds are in.
