'RELACKS' marks the 6th collaborative effort between low-key Swedish producer Hansove and subtle entendre rap artist Jamie Slacks. A minimalist sequel to their REFRESH album from 2023, RELACKS boasts a less aggressive tone in the vein of lo-fi hip-hop beats to relax/study to. Slacks raps efficiently over some of Hansove's first and most nostalgic beats from the early days, displaying a new level of maturation and simplicity, using color-coded track titles as the thesis for each song, which typically amount to one verse or simple verse hook structure. Short, sweet, meditative and an elegant return to form for the most underrated Hip-Hop duo in the underground.
