It features some of my favorite artists/tracks in the genre and I carefully selected tracks that are unique and playful with a very small touch of dark progressive elements. 

One of the tracks is my original track "Auralku - Untitled Demo"

Also, it includes an amazing unreleased forest rack by Nocturnal, an Australian Dark Orog producer on Zenon Records.

Behind Akiro is Jeton (24), hails from a village nestled in the depths of the Sauerland region in Germany. Akiro was founded in 2017, after experimenting with different Styles of Psychedelic trance he stumbled across the exciting spectrum of Forest Psychedelic and immediately felt a profound connection to its ethereal soundscape. From this day on he felt the music-enthusiast bubbling up inside him. From a young age, Akiro has been captivated by the natural world, finding solace and inspiration in the presence of animals and the serenity of the nature. That's where his name comes into play. The radiant intelligence translating to the Dark Forest Psychedelic music, enriched by radiant atmospheres. Jeton found his passion to put all of his energy into sets of this kind. Gleaming sounds; deep, growling bass; leads you can lose yourself in and atmospheric notes that make you feel like you are standing in a lush forest. Akiro tries to endeavors to evoke emotions and unleash grounded frequencies, allowing listeners to embark on a sonic journey through the depths of the nature.
With each track, he invites listeners to immerse themselves in his imaginations of this spectrum of music, where the boundaries between reality and imagination blur, and the spirit of the woods comes alive.

Marco Riipi aka ‘’Shenanigan” was born and raised in Sweden. At an early age he began listening to a variety of electronic music. By 2006 he finished his first track using the programme Fruity loops, and after some time writing Hard style, began going to local Psytrance parties. It Immediately captivated his imagination. His undeniably unique and elegant style demonstrates his clear understanding and appreciation for all elements of the modern psychedelic spectrum. 2016 see’s him join with Spanish label Maharetta Records, where he’ll continue to push the boundaries of his own creativity and develop his signature style even further.

On this newest edition of Forestdelic Records series you can listen to MECHANICAL SPECIES’s freshest works.

The project of mechanical species was started by Dahni Strauss 2012. Initially it was greatly inspired by the old school sound of infected mushroom, Followed by glowing flame and peak records. On the other end of the spectra influenced by classical music ranging from Chopin to Beethoven. Gradually his focus shifted from the concrete and melodical to the more abstract and he dived in to the technical dimension of cutting edge modern production. His music is now fused with various elements from all of his musical journey but a common theme which is radiating through all his work is the attempt to evoke a strong sense of story. Non-verbal tales without linear messages. A story where the need for explanation is extinguished, attempting of temporarily stopping the mind from its constant interpretation of meaning. Synthesis is something heavily entertained in his creation and he’s currently exploring the deep audionomic space of wavetable synthesis, preferably combined with frequency modulation. He is collaborating with a wide range of artists and labels. But his Home is at the Forestdelic family.
He is also currently working on a psychedelic morning project as well as a techno project

This is a journey through different atmospheres and moods: cheeky and quirky, from dark to melodic... 130bpm all the way, most likely to be enjoyed during the day. Mixed on 2x CDJ850 and DJM350. 

For some time, I've been collecting slow and groovy psychedelic trance that I, now, put together. Not my usual style, but I've been asked to play this softer side along the years. and I cannot refuse a challenge. I always have something ready, just in case... ;) 

This djset is based on a few others I've played at alternative floors in the last months: MoDem London teaser and altechnative floor at Connection 2017 (an epic 4-hours set) I hope you enjoy the trip :)

Santy is Fluoelf, a psytrance Dj and producer from Spain. He has been spinning since 2001, being part of the local scenes in Amsterdam, Barcelona and London.

From an early age, he was heavily influenced by 60s classic and psychedelic rock. It was when he moved to Amsterdam in 2001 that he got in contact with rave culture and psychedelic trance, a complete life changing experience. Right after his first party, it took him a month to start organizing them and 3 to start mixing with the good old cdjs100. He has developed a mixing and storytelling technique that is ever changing and evolving from the very beginning to this day.

His love for underground music has kept him always on the move, constantly evolving and with an experimental edge. He started playing minimalistic psy and after that he added more recent styles to his repertory: darkprog/psygressive since 2005, twilight/forest since 2010 and psychedelic techno since 2013.

In his performances he uses a blend of these different substyles and he plays them according to the time of the day and the music that surrounds him. The result, new djsets for every new  dancefloor. Sets that evolves in waves, progressively increasing or decreasing, creating an hypnotic flow with a very personal and  psychedelic style. 

Fluoelf is part of Intermind Records and Resina Records. He has released compilations at Occulta, Parasomnia, Uroboros and Woodog. He was also producing for a few years, releasing a few tracks and collabs at Uroboros, Glitchy Tonic and Transition records.

Nowadays, he is based in London, where he travels all over Europe and worldwide, delivering his sets to a wide range of events, including: Freqs of Nature(DE), Lost Theory (ES), Modem (HR), Masters of Puppets (CZ), Symbiosis (US), Triplicity (UK), Son Libre (Fr), Solstice (NL), Transition (ES-resident), Own Spirit (ES) and many other festivals and parties.

You can find him with a fun attitude in the dancefloor and behind the decks. Expect something different every time...

TechElf is Fluoelf techno side project. It was born in 2023 after 10 years experimenting and playing at parties under the same name. It took some time, but after all, a separation was needed as the project is mature and ready to contain by itself.
TechElf style varies with the parties he performs at. It's usually very percussive and leaning to the serious side, but not necessary dark. He mainly plays psy and minimal techno, but his range is wider and can reach progressive techno and he is working on introducing dark techno and other substyles in upcoming sets. He will definitely experiment further, now that he is free from psy duties from his main and most known project.
